If I could give ten stars I would. I got Tom's name from a young gentlemen who pushed my broken car out of the way. He just left a funeral home and came and towed me right away. Very clean, professional, courteous, helpful, worth every penny. I am not from the area, so it was reassuring to be rescued by Mr Jacob. Thank you!!

I haven't actually been there yet to collect items that were left in a car that my son had an awful accident in last week. But the gentleman who answers the phone on the two times that I've called is just so polite and asked about our children both times, and how they were feeling and wished us luck. That just not usually the norm when you deal with tow truck drivers and Tow yards. It was quite refreshing

My husband's car wasn't starting at a gas station in Niagara Falls, NY. We tried to jump it, but were unsuccessful. I called Tom Jacob Towing. It was after 6 pm on a Sunday. They were INCREDIBLE. They were at the gas station within 10 minutes and were able to get the car jump started and gave a suggestion where to go to get a new battery that was still open on a Sunday evening (Auto Zone). This was an incredible experience. I would recommend Tom Jacob to everyone. I have kept his card just in case.

Great place!! Was stuck at a gas station and he came out within 5 to 10 mins and he wasn't even in his tow truck and came to help. Never calling another place again I give this business 10/10

I got his number thru an auto shop. Needed a tow to shop because the insurance company roadside couldn't get the car started. When he came, he wanted to check the battery, too. And guess what....it started after he jumped it. Gave some cash to him for that because he had saved me from getting towed. Awesome guy. Very polite and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

We needed to get our vehicle to the repair shop as quickly as possible. He got there when he estimated he could, he waited patiently until someone could answer the door (school kids on line) and took the keys then told them to go back inside out of the cold. Delivered the vehicle and confirmed it with us. Very professional, patient and very reasonably priced!
