Panda Tea
Fair prices, $7 for a large slush. Staff were nice but order seemed to take a while. They were not overly friendly. Drink itself was really tasty, but ice quite chunky still. A few more ibbles would have been good too. Clean restaurant.

Great little place! accessible to university students. The interior is cozy and kept extremely clean, and also has access to the main entrance of the 500 building. The Panda Milk Tea was yummy, not too sweet. Perfect amount of boba too. Staff was friendly.

First time going to Panda tea location on portage and what I ordered was not what I got. The best location I would say is McPhillips as that's the location I normally go to and my experiences there has always been great. I ordered a coconut slush and a Pina colada slush, there was no slush to it, it was as though I ordered a green tea with bubbles. The coconut flavor was not even registering in my mouth. It was watered down.

Panda Tea might just be my favourite bubble tea place in Winnipeg. definitely top 3. I have found their tea to be consistent, easy to customize, few mistakes, comparative prices. Ingredients taste like they’re high quality - never powdery. The milk tea base is so yummy.

Had the Taro slush... amazing! The girl working was pretty busy but she was quick at getting orders completed. Super cute bubble tea shop.

nice little store! i usually order at mcphillips even though this one is located right in front of my school. definitely did not disappoint!! they make tasty oolong milk tea and customer service is nice too!! though i notice there’s always only one (or two) person working, the service was faaast!

Best Bubble Tea place I have ever been to the small one was a sample which he put the bubbles in I never asked for but he knew I was looking for something with the bubbles.The larger one was the one I had ordered and it was amazing only $7.00 total, Will be definitely going back to this place again.
