Had an outstanding experience with everyone here at Complete Auto Body & Collision. My car was unfortunately involved in a hit and run a few weeks back and I called a few shops to see if they could give me a quote, and this place was the first one that welcomed me with open arms. The staff are super friendly and eager to help which is amazing. Timeline of having my car in and out of the shop was spot on and they did an amazing job. Was blown away with the way they cleaned my car inside and out, I wasn’t expecting that! Glad to have such an amazing experience with them. 10/10

Just dropped my vehicle of for repair at Complete Auto Body shop. Didn't have time to clean up the interior from an all boys ice fishing weekend. The rear seats were folded down and the rear of the vehicle was covered with a movers blanket, with loose stuff scattered about. I picked up the vehicle at the estimated time with no issues. To my suprise I open the door and the interior is totally detailed, top to bottom. The rear seat were raised up , the movers blanket was nicely folded and it was all placed in a cardborad box with all the other loose stuff that was scattered about. The vehicle was like the day I picked it up for the first time at the dealership. When a collision center goes to this detail in delivering a perfect vehicle to the customer, Im certain that the repairs that were needed are dome to meet and exceed my expectations...and Im an old Tool and Die make...So, great job Complete Auto Body, you definitely impressed...cheersZdenko Mezak2018 Audi SQ5

My son had a minor accident in my car and our insurance company recommended Complete Auto Body & Collision. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with an auto shop. Their efficiency and communication is next level. They went above and beyond to ensure that my car was returned to me in excellent condition including cleaning my car inside and out. You will not be disappointed with this family run business!

I highly recommend Complete Auto Body and Collision in Oakville. Their office is clean and comfortable. Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly. This company goes above and beyond- they even detailed the interior of my car- it was a lovely surprise! The quality of workmanship was outstanding! Great staff. My car looks brand new and I was pleasantly surprised that they totally cleaned it inside and out. 10 out of 10 customer service, would highly recommend!

They did a fabulous job on my car, someone had backed into my car and had badly damaged the bumper, headlight and paint. They were incredible with the quality of paint work, overall repairs and the delivery of it as well. Vitto and the staff were great and they took care of the car as if it was thier own car and made experience an easy one. I am so happy to have come here with my Lexus. I think when it comes to Lexus Complete auto body shop really understand how it should be done.

Professional services, enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff, definitely recommend this shop as your best bet in town. Vito and Isabellas helped me with my vehicle repair though an out of province claim, the whole process was handled well and made me worry-free. I was very pleased with their work. They are so warm that often they communicate with clients beyond their duty, trying to help clients in every aspect they could, giving out general tips and guides to people like myself who just moved to the area - based on the whole experience here, I gave a five stars with no hesitate.
