First time there and it will be my last. Booked for 3:45pm day before for 2 people. The next morning got a call from then reconfirming the appointment but instead they noted my appointment is 4pm. Which wasn’t an issue for me. It when I arrive there at 3:50. They rush me and my wife. I booked for 1 hr and only got 45min. I only find out after the massage they claimed me as late when they are the one who shifted my appoint to 4pm. They also chargers me 1 hour fee even though we got 45min. We were also rush out of the room. Invoicing was a mess as well. They charge me 1hr pricing but when filing insurance only enter 45min. I had to out of pocket pay extra because of this. Massage was not good either, it’s one of the worst massage I got. Regret wanted to tryout Thai massage.

I have been here a couple times. Jerry does an amazing job, and knows the right muscles to reach depending on the concern.Would definitely recommend

The lady at the front desk Anlynn is so unprofessional. Her behaviour is not customer friendly at all, unlike the staff before. She behaves as if she owns the place. This was my second time dealing with her. Today it was heights! She confirms the appointment, I get the email, then she hangs up the call citing that she will just call back, and never returns the call. I follow up again, call in multiple times, she does not answer any, and when I text her eventually to confirm the time, she reverts after a while that she booked someone else and is sorry. Like seriously!I as well saw recent google reviews about the front desk/receptionist and they appeared akin in experiencing to what I experienced.Get a soft spoken better staff King Thai who would listen to the customers and have a tendency to close the conversation and handle the concerns in a finer way.Please do not tell me that you spoke to her and start to justify, etc etc, as I have messages and the appointment confirmation email as well. Hope you take it earnestly.

Great massages. Also tried the traditional Thai massage. It's done on a massage table instead of on the floor like they do in Thailand. My massage attendant was not at all engaging compared to my partner's, who asked lots of questions. I would go back, but with another attendant.

The message is good. However they put you in a position to push you to pay the tips .When you pay for $10 for booking in advance they ask you later “ can we use this $10 as a tip “ , this is rude question S a tip should not be mandatory . I was paying tips voluntarily but when they asked me this question I didn’t like it .

I was their regular customer because of their incredible massage, but not all of them do the great job! I recommend some of my friends, and all of them had different experience. You have to book it with a specific person to get a good message. The bad experiences that I have so far , was a couple of times when he kept looking at the time and rushed through the massage. He didn't even listen to me when I was telling him to put more pressure. And they are expensive so I expect the good service as well!There is no communication between the receptions and them. Last time ever I went there I changed my 2 hour slot to 1 hour from before but they didn't update the person who gave me the massage and she told me I have two hours. I said it's okay maybe they weren't able to reduce it. So I did the 40 min foot massage, and after 20 min they told me oh it was only 1 hours. I DO NOT RECOMMAND THEM TO ANYONE as they do not respect your time and money.
