Rob was wonderful! The girls and I were stranded at the side of the highway with a blown water hose. Rob took us with him as he towed my car to my mechanic. Then knowing we were stranded on a Sunday afternoon proceeded to drive us home. All of this more than an hour's worth of driving (one-way) away from the Tow company's home base! Fun drive too, the girls couldn't stop laughing!

had issues this weekend requiring a tow on Sunday. it was a long haul from Bellwood to Kitchener and with covid I was still allowed in the truck - both of us masked up. this I really appreciated as it saved running a second vehicle to the shop. my driver was a young Scottish lad from Montreal- for this I give a 5 star rating. he was excellent company for the drive in with great conservations . He was a very cautious and safe driver. at the shop he could have dropped the truck in the parking lot and drove off , but he insisted in going the extra mile in maneuvering the truck in a very tight space to back it into a service bay- again so much appreciation cause it saved working outside on our backs in the cold. on a Sunday when all of us want too be at home in our warm comforts there is still heroes out there happy to help , without any hesitations.

If I could Rate this company with 0 stars i would. the service was absolutely terrible and the charges were ridiculous and very expensive. The owner is very very rude. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
