Was very impressed with the service as there was only 1 employee working. When we arrived, it wasn't busy, but right after we ordered, a mad rush came in. The worker was efficient, friendly, and able to manage the rush in a timely fashion. Even with the high volume of customers in the store we received our drinks in a reasonable time which was great. Keep up the good work.

Very Clean and Minimalist place!This place gives really good vibes. I've been here a few times and its always a pretty good experience.The original pearl milk tea is pretty good. Although the pearls themselves are not outstanding, the drink itself is pretty good.

Solid great spot for boba. Made fresh and the pre-ordering on their app is a must. Parking is easy here too.I do recommend to get their monthly special as it’s a great deal.

Such a clean and minimalist place . Good vibes for sure and pretty open. I can see myself sitting doing my work on laptop. Got myself Salt Caramel Milk tea with bubble which was great but too much sweet . Friends got Earl grey bubble tea and other one Mango Tango .

This Cha time is miles ahead of the other cha times in the GTA. Angelo was awesome! Got me hooked up with my Drinks quickly and professionally! Definitely will be coming back

We visited on a very cold night. The ambiance was good as a rustic style restaurant. The items were reasonably priced. The teas were good while the Kati rolls were just okay. The seating availability was very limited and couldn’t get a table while we were there.

Really nice place. One of the biggest Chatimes I've been too. Nice vibe. The bubble tea was pretty good as well.

All I’ve got to say is thank you for having substitutions for milk! As someone who cannot handle normal milk too well aging choices like soy milk helps a lot and that is what keeps this place different from others. The toppings and price of drinks isn’t too bad and the customer service is okay. The matcha is a bit not flavourful but that’s okay

Chaitime is one of favorite bubble tea spots their menu is very expansive always top quality the brown sugar milk tea is a classic and the fruit flavors are so refreshing had the Guava Lava new favorite

Another delicious trip to Chatime. The milk tea was made great. Everything was very clean inside and service was quick. This is also a great location.
