Some of the best customer service I've ever had. They are always so friendly and they are always sure to greet you when you come in and say thank you when you leave. I've been able to make alterations to my meal and they will make them form me without a fuss. I'm a regular here and even before I started going here. If I ordered off doordash or skip the dishes the food would be as equally as good.

I love Japanese food and Tokyo Express is practical, convenient and affordable. Lot of options for whatever your craving is. Personally I love their salmon rice bowl and that sesame sauce... delicious. There are a few new items on the menu. The poke bowl is a welcomed addition, and so are the fruit juices.Some locations close at 10 pm so that's very convenient for late night cravings

Ordered a large platter and their peach mango drink from this location and all I can say are good things! The manager, Theresa was so kind and accommodating. Even the two staff that was present yesterday was so kind! The food was delicious, no doubt. The presentation looked amazing. My cravings were satisfied! Can’t wait to go back and try their poke bowl :)

I had to review this place because the women working tonight were SO amazing. My daughter even noticed the incredible service they provided. We both agreed that you don’t get service like that anywhere, especially at a fast food restaurant.The women were so friendly and kind and they made great food that was served piping hot.Will definitely return.

Stopped in today for a quick lunch. We chose Tokyo Express because we know everything is made fresh to order right in front of you.The two ladies working today were remarkably welcoming & friendly! It was a refreshing experience and we left very satisfied!

Super fresh!!!! Made to order!!! We ordered the California and Dragon rolls today for lunch. It came quickly and was absolutely delicious! You can really taste the difference when they use fresh ingredients. The service was quick, friendly and appreciative of our business. The restaurant was spotless. I highly recommend this location!!

I haven’t been to this Tokyo Express for 10 years. First time back in 2023 and not only is the food as good as I remember, the friendly staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and appreciated as customers.Is there better sushi available elsewhere, sure - but the prices here are very reasonable, and they constantly have specials. During our visit the staff gave us a free order of 5 spring rolls as a thank you for our patronage.Very happy that Tokyo Express is still around. We’ll be back to this location soon.
