Great service. Have never used another pool company in town but I don't see any reason to. Always very helpful and friendly.Previously purchased a hot tub from them (10+ years ago). Had to get rid of tub due to other reasons so hadn't dealt with them for quite a while.Recent move was into a house with a pool that had been installed and always serviced by Classic. Felt good to be back dealing with them.Would highly recommend for anybody looking for somebody to help them with their pool or spas.

Great staff. The ladies who work here are fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Came in for a vinyl patch kit for a hole in my pool. What SUPER SERVICE, she treated me like I just bought a $10,000 hot tub. I will definitely be back for all my chemicals etc. They have a very well stocked store and will do a free monthly pool water check for anyone.

Went in and inquired about a pool pump. Staff member said they would look into it and call me back. That was over 3 weeks ago and still have not heard from them.

Took delivery of our new hot tub last week. Hot tub arrived and placed as promised. Friendly staff. Service has been good so far, including free sample testing.
