Walked in there to buy jeans, no one greeted. Waited 5 minutes for a change room. No one checked up on me, had to grab my own sizes while they were standing around talking about their private lives on the floor..

I walked in there and no one said anything to me. Not even a hi quickly, instead they were talking to each other. When I went to ask a question the turned away from me. Extremely poor customer service… never going back.

I've liked the jeans that I've gotten there, but don't buy the T-shirts.Bought two of the same brand. I washed and dried then and one shrunk from a large to med size (while the other was completely fine). Went to return it, and they wouldn't accept a return or exchange. too bad" basically."

Chelsea (The Manager) needs to be trained how to talk and treat customers!! Rude, horrible staff!! Stay away from the store!!

My wife and I were recently browsing in the store and she saw some pants that we bought for our son with special needs. Nice pants, but unfortunately they were too short. When we returned them, we were very disappointed to find out that they don't give refunds, so we had to use a store credit to buy something that we really didn't want that cost $5 less than the store credit (we took the loss on the $5). I guess that we should have asked about the return policy before shopping, or just shop on Amazon!! Won't shop at Bluenotes again.

Horrible staff, especially the manager, she wasn't bothered to help find if they had any other sizes available!! I can't believe a manager would have such bad customer service!! Never coming back here again!

The staff a SUPER friendly and down to earth. This is my daughter's favorite place to shop and the prices are so good I cant say no.

Are you kidding me, I come to the counter with the clothes folded the way I want with tags sticking out for the cashier, she takes my purchases unfolded them and proceeds to refold them her way, as she gives them back to me I proceed to fold them the way I want them fold, she yanks the clothing out of my hand and tells me I can fold them how I want at home. I told her to keep the clothes and left. Really nice customer service, will never shop there again.

Amazing customer service. Was super friendly and helpful helping me and then when I got the wrong size for my hub returned it with no fuss or impatience and helped me buy the right size. Love all of the staff here!
