I took my mom today for her orthotics as well as looked at shoes that would suit her. The girl was super helpful. She took the time to explain things to us and suggest certain shoes that might interest her. We did buy a pair and found her super polite and helpful. It’s nice to deal with people like this.

Fast friendly service.Connie was extremely helpful in the assessment and in fitting my orthotics.I can now walk without being in extreme pain.Definitely will be a returning customer when I need new orthotics

Wonderful that they customize the orthotics in less than a week and they do it at the same clinic, Erin is very professional and honest, she helped my Mom getting her footwear and knee support brace. Thank you Erin

The worst experience I’ve literally ever had. I ordered 2 custom socks around 200$ each out of pocket. They misplaced or didn’t make one of 2. I’ve been following up for 8 MONTHS for one pair I did also visit and call over maybe 10 times. The receptionist so unhelpful they have no idea what they’re doing and make excuses every time. The sock measurements are long out of date and they refuse to refund the 200 for the socks. Never ever go here. Did the same with my orthotics as well.If you can’t take on orders then don’t take them in the first place. Literally -10000 out of 5 star reviews. Please don’t waste your time here. So unhelpful and a sad experience.Update: why would I accept a pair of compression socks 8 months later which is no longer required and will likely take u another 8 months and another headache to make? If you were “concerned” and sincere it would’ve been dealt with much faster without the constant follow ups on MY END. You could have communicated this over the 8 months I was waiting instead of getting 0 answers the whole time.

My husband and I were just there last week and I have to say the service and the knowledge of Kim and Sarah was absolutely amazing. They were very accommodating and understanding to all of our issues. Thank you for all you have done for us...CANNOT wait to pick up my goodies:)

Very professional employees. I felt very comfortable and got many helpful recommendations for shoes in my style that accommodate to my feet. My prescription was also out of sorts and they very easily helped me fax my doctor to get a new one without any troubles or concerns. Love it here and will be continuing to come back

Great customer service! Sarah was such a great help in fitting me and helping me select my orthotics. She was very attentive and knowledgeable, with her help the pain I was experiencing previously has significantly decreased. I could not recommend others to go and see her at her clinic enough!
