A huge thank you to Sahand for his amazing and dedicated customer service and good humour. I had a barely functioning phone and was in desperate need of an upgrade. Trying to transfer information from my old phone to my new one proved to be quite a task, but he never gave up, lol. He was even multi-tasking with ease and helping other customers while still tending to my phone issues.

I tried to come to this 5 square feet stall, but when i asked for assistance the man working did not even look me in the eyes and told me that i needed to call online. I was completely thrown off by his attitude and his poor work ethic.

Went to the store last week, the store manager Sahand was really helpful. I was just looking for a simple cellphone plan as my secondary number, did not want to have any data on it. Sahand gave me exactly what I needed, explained what can I can with the plan. Most importantly, the price was even $10 cheaper than my old plan. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs a Fido cell service.

Ivan, the manager is amazing and so very helpful! We travel from Victoria on Vancouver Island just for his stellar service and expertise. He even helped us set up our new phones! This Fido goes above and beyond, and has truly been the best service provider/ kiosk we have ever gone with. Great deals too! We recommend this place to our whole family. You can’t go wrong here!

I went to this location today to get a sim card and plan setup on my phone and waited a good 30 mins while the younger lady was helping customers that arrived after I did.... I was refused service because my Birth certificate, recent mail and my ID was not good enough. I was told I needed a credit card. Which is false. I went to rogers, to talk to them about the issue, same thing, wouldn't give me a phone plan without a credit card.... these guys got me so angry I had to call the cops because I felt I was being discriminated against ,they gave me no clear reason and when I asked about why I needed a credit card, asserted that it was company policy, i requested some information about that policy so i could understand what exactly it was that I needed and was refused that basic information. It turns out that I was right because I went to the fido location on commercial ave and have a phone number now without being denied a basic right. I can't understand why they would ignore me for 30 mins, turn over and start to help me, knowing they left me unattended, just to turn me down with such a bad excuse..... The guy was nice, attentive but in the end he was the one that refused service to me based on the fact that I didn't want to be passed off to the new girl that was the original one who ignored me to begin with? Will not ever be coming back here again! hope the staff at both FIDO and Rogers in this Mall get set straight. to refuse a birth certificate and demand a credit card for a prepaid account and lie and say it's company policy when it says right on the website CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR PHONE PLANS""
