Good location with lots of free parking. Well marked buildings and offices. Very clean. Staff very professional and experienced. I felt very comfortable there despite having Mohs surgery! Dr Xing is very confident and professional. Everything was explained to me as we went along the surgical steps and procedures. Operating room is comfortable and has a TV available for your use. I was there approx 5 hours so having access to some entertainment is great. Coffee and other beverages are available in the lounge if necessary. Nurse made a follow up call on the next business day to make sure everything was ok and I had no questions or concerns. List of post op instructions were given to me and were very detailed. I felt confident in all aspects of the procedure and with all staff.

I was very thankful to be referred to this clinic. There was a great sense of support from staff from the moment we were at the front desk. Our assigned nurse Iryna was very friendly, helpful and compassionate. These qualities became even more appreciated by us during the various medical procedures.I felt privileged to have Dr .Xing attend to my cancer surgery. Came here for an appointment. Was greeted by such a sweet receptionist, who was very attentive to all customers. Despite being busy, the receptionist still made a point to let each client know that they were going to be seen. Such an inclusive environment and felt like I was in good hands throughout my visit. 10/10 recommend this place, great customer service.

When my Dr originally sent my referral I was given an appt 6 months out, however I called them for any cancellations and I was able to get one for June. I was relieved because I had a growth on my nose that I was very concerned was skin cancer.Fortunately and much to my relief Dr Xing said it was a type of wart/age spot and said she thought it was okay but would send it for testing.The nurse was very good, she did the freezing part and made me comfortable for the procedure, and then Dr Xing shaved the bump down and cauterized it. I did not feel a thing and it took all of 5 minutes.Very professional and nice staff, very pleased with the result and highly recommend.

Bright, clean, and well organized office. All staff is professional. The front desk is always staffed with at least two people. I've had the pleasure of meeting Mariam, Jenna, Holly and Alexis. Each of whom was ready to help and escort me to a private waiting area stocked with refreshments.My facial hair removal laser experience with Anna was pleasant. Anna is attentive, personable and and made me feel comfortable. After just two sessions, I have noticed a difference.

I came to this clinic for Mohs surgery on my nose. Dr. Xing and Racquel were very professional; great communicators; and took great care of me during my surgery and while waiting in between procedures. Racquel checked in on me regularly while waiting in between. Dr. Xing explained everything. I was frequently asked if I had any questions. And they were able to remove all of the basal cancer cells.The facilities are fabulous - great coffee, tea, and water. Great waiting spaces and Netflix no less.I was really happy to get an appointment within a few weeks of the referral from my doctor.

I would recommend Rejuvenation to all that needs special skin care. The people are fabulous and care about your visit. Dr. Xing was the best. She repaired a skin issue on my face with little scaring. It's looks like a laugh line. Totally satisfied with my visit.

I was very impressed with the clinic from the point of check-in to my surgical procedure. The staff are highly professional and very knowledgeable answering all of my questions. Dr. Xing and her attending nurse Karen ensured that I was comfortable and pain free throughout the procedure. I would not hesitate to recommend Rejuvenation.

Outstanding experience! Doctor Xing is simply amazing ... quite detailed in explanation(s), and extremely thorough in execution. She is ably supported by very, very professional nursing assistants. I am more than impressed with how well my procedure went!!!
