Update. The service manager Pierre reached out to me and agreed this had gone badly. He installed the tensioner i bought and did a car cleaning and detailing which was appreciated. Pierre did his best to make it right and so in adding back stars here.. mistakes happen but it's really important how they are dealt with.I'm upset about a few things.. this is where I bought my car and the sales was good but for service this is sub optimal. Recently I was there for regular service on my sonata and despite being told which service visit it was the staff only looked in thier own system to count previous visits so I got more done than needed. Separately and in the same day a recall for my sante fe resulted in other damaged parts which they didn't tell me about till I drove there to pick it up... and even then after asking the direct question of was anything else found that's an issue the answer was no.. till pulling out of the parking lot with loud unmistakable squealing... when word the price for the part.. just a belt tensioner. 450 dollars!! I order the part myself for 54... this was really disappointing and when speaking with the staff about both cases the response was just... it's not my fault or I only do what I'm told kind of thing. Worse the auto parts dealer they call aftermarket to get the tensioner was only going to charge me 350... so not only can't they find well priced parts but they were willing to lie about the price saying they are charging cost and try to rip me off on that too. That's not making it right... I think this service is atypical of the place but in this occasion I came away really annoyed and with more problems than I went in with...

Slower than all get out in the service dept . 2 hours for an oil change . Come on.

Absolutely wonderful experience here, Mathew is a great sales man, just financed a 2015 Hyundai GL 4DR and they answered any question I had, we’re patient…helped me find the best payment options! And we’re very helpful explaining small details we wanted answers too! Definitely recommend going here if you’re looking to get a car! Wonderful people especially the boss!

I could have given it 3 stars, but that wouldn't be fair. Am looking to purchase a new car. Service was friendly and helpful with no pressure. The only problem is that there is no stock. Probably all dealerships are in the same predicament.

Worst experience I’ve had in my life bought my first car, they have people drive ur car in, the worst idea ever, the guy couldn’t drive Manuel and grinded my transmission, when I traded it in I ask if they could take something off and I listed them, the master tech had no clue what I was talking about I had to show him… the last thing I would want is to have someone not qualified to work on my car. Some dealers are only there for the money. Not counting I got my 2nd car for less then a month and it blew they said they couldn’t do anything and left me with thousands in repair. 0/5 ⭐️

I bought my new car from here. Elantra preferred with tech 2023 . First of all I want to say big thanks to the man yannick leduc. he is the best sales guy I have ever met in my life. I contacted them at night via their website and sharp at 8 in the morning (Thursday) I got a call from him that he had what I was looking for. everywhere the wait time was around 6-8 months but he told me that he has it. He sent me the pics and details and asked whether I could come from Toronto to pick it up. I agreed after checking out all the details and he sent me the price. Usually dealers have hidden fees but not Hawkesbury hyundai . they will let you know exactly how much you will be paying. They will not try and scam like others. Due to work schedule I could not pick it up late (monday) so they did everything for me and got the delivery on saturday itself and in addition to that yannick was supposed to be off on that day but just so I can get the car he was there early waiting for us. he explained us everything regarding the car and services. we even met the manager and service manager for any after sales services and they told us not to worry about anything. they were very great professional and helpful through out the whole process.To anyone who wants to buy a car I would suggest to go to them once and believe me just by looking at their service and honesty you would feel very comfortable buying the vehicle from them.I can vouch that when I plan to buy my next car I'll again go to them only. very straight forward and no back of the hand tactics like GTA. I feel very happy to get the car from such nice people. Thank you once again.
