Don't know much about it, but we saw it on our trip to the aquarium.

One of Bill Reid's masterful creations. Bill Reid is highly regarded as one of the most significant NorthWest Haida artists of his time. His massive Spirit of Haida Gwaii at the Vancouver Airport is also a stunning masterpiece that is worth the visit. The Orca symbolizes family, travel, protection, longevity, and community to the west coast indigenous first peoples.

It's a beautiful mystical scalupture by west coast native artist BILL REID ..... William Ronald Reid Jr  (12 January 1920 – 13 March 1998) west coast (Haida) artist whose works include jewelry, sculpture, screen-printing, and paintings.Producing over one thousand original works during his fifty-year career, Reid is regarded as one of the most significant Northwest Coast artists of the late twentieth century..... . Its in front of the aquarium . Its a worth a visit to this sculpture, its not that far from the bus stop and seawall , parking . Bill Reid's art work can be found almost anywhere in Vancouver thier is the bill Reid art gallery and his work is also at museum of anthology and YVR airport to name a few besides here in Xwayxway/ Stanley Park
