DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE

Terrible customer service. A cashier had treated my mother poorly and when we went back to talk to the manager she claimed to be it herself. However, the other cashier had made it clear it was not her. She then proceeded to refuse to acknowledge any of her wrongdoings. Will not be going back there again.

This Mark's has variety of merch. Billing process is also super fast.

Retailer of work safety clothing and outerwear apparel. Large retail space clean and well organized. Frequent invitations to treat and store wide sales promotions. I personally like the Denver Hayes brand pants for men. Plenty of change rooms are available for you to try on items. If you drive you should plan ahead by checking Google for off peak hours to ensure hassle free parking and the most pleasant experience.

On Friday I went there buy safety shoes for my and they had only one piece left of the shoe I want … the shoe was comfortable and nothing was wrong with it so I decided to buy it but when I checked both shoes one had some small scratches on it ..but I still decided to buy it as there was nothing wrong with it so when manager got to know about shoes condition she gave me 50 dollar discount on the shoes …I was so happy that I bought shoes from and will look to buy more things in future .

I was recommended to come here for work boots and was a good suggestion. Thier stFf were really helpful and prompt to step in and assist. Struggled to find any boots in US 13 though so bit of a shame that stocks didn't match the helpfulness of the staff hence an overall four star rating not the full five unfortunately.

Bought shoe a week ago for work.the guy in shoes section was calm and very helpful to find the shoes I need.before yesterday when I went to work I realized the girl on counter didn’t even took off the security tag from the shoe . So I couldn’t wear to work for reason I bought it for. I could’ve removed but didn’t try in case ruin my new work shoe. I went the the store today for removal. Surprise it was the same girl on the counter who made the transaction . I asked her for removal and if she remover I came last week with my wife and kid and I used my work voucher we had a good conversation. She just acted like I was stranger and asked for receipt. Which I totally understand but act like stranger when luckily there was manager who totally don’t give F who you are her attitude was pure racist and I front of her the same person the guy who help me with shoe pass by and shake hand with me . When I see the manger reaction I was totally shock . that no wonder those girls counters have attitude and zero customer service skills

I have been waiting 6 days for a couple of pairs of pants for work to be transferred from one store to another. I was told it should take 2 to 3 days. I called the store and had to speak to 2 people. The 2nd one said it could take 2 weeks. I'm not impressed. I had to answer the same questions several times. I was finding that annoying.

Manager left the store and when I tried to make a purchase they made me stand there for over 10 min while they scrambled around to find her phone number to come back to the store. Even went out to the parking lot to look for her while i had to wait. All because they needed her to do the tax exemption.When she finally did return, she didnt even apologize and just gave attitude to me and the cashier. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

Place was clean and well organized. Staff was helpful. Got the jeans on sale for $25 a great deal. Loved it.
