If you browse the comments section, you will find good reviews even 8 years ago. Everyone's comments have always been surprisingly consistent, fast delivery, affordable price, high-quality products, Danny's high-quality installation service, patiently reminding us of the precautions for use, and cleaning up the site before leaving without leaving any garbage. Yes, I have experienced all of these. The sofa now smells of leather in my home and shines with a gentle glow. It only takes two days from payment to delivery, in fact same day delivery if it is not a weekend. It's incredible. I am so lucky. Thank you so much Danny!

Just got delivery of my new sofa last week. Very happy with the quality of the sofa. And the service provided by Danny was excellent. I would definitely be buying from Quality West again.Due to delivery issues caused by Covid, my sofa was delayed through no fault of Quality West. But Danny was very good about keeping me informed of the delivery changes. As mentioned, exceptional customer service.

Before visiting this warehouse I pretty much went out to all major furniture stores in lower mainland and then I visited this store and got amazed by their quality,designs and most importantly price.It was a win win situation for us.Danny provided us with an outstanding customer service and delivery/installation,best part was when I called Danny for some issue after delivery he came to my place and fixed the problem.Trust me you won’t find a better deal elsewhere!

I would highly recommend top grain leather sofa from Quality West Imports. It is comfortable and value for money! Danny has provided excellent service and tidy-up the place after assembled the sofa. Will definitely referring to friends in-need and will return to purchase additional set of sofa in the future!

I was satisfied with this sofa and delivery service!I’ve ordered this one a few month ago before moving to my new home.But the complicated date of my home was delayed. So I had to change the date. He gave ready consent!He did his best when the date and so friendly!If I had to buy another one I would be going to the store again.

I was referred by a few friends and understood why after I went myself. My wife and I set up an appointment with Danny to do a viewing of sofas in the gallery, and he was very patient and helpful in making sure we had the right one. He even guided us with questions we hadn't previously considered. After we chose the one for us, the prices were great, and the delivery was quick and clean! Will recommend all my friends to this place in the future.

My mom found this place through FB, and I had a doubt about the place. It was just a warehouse not a nice decorated furniture store. But when we saw the sofas we loved most of them and had hard time choosing. We had it delivered it on the same day, and so far it's lovely~

Had a great experience buying a sectional at Quality West. Danny, the owner, runs the whole show and he was pleasant to deal with and very responsive to inquiries. We took a bit of a gamble ordering a sofa of which he didn't have a floor model of, it arrived 2 months later and turned out really great and in a custom colour we wanted for no extra charge. The leather sofa quality is really good, and prices were unbeatable. I ended up buying a mattress for our guest room too since it was such a great bargain. Only caveats are he doesn't take credit card and you have to help with the moving when he delivers, but I personally didn't mind it considering the savings. Will definitely consider coming back for future furniture needs!

I just got this sectional sofa delivered at our brand new house. We love it !! Great service .Danny the owner delivered it personally. He set it up made all the adjustments. Definitely we recommend this store and his service.This sofa is beautifull and price was great!! Thnks Danny .
