Good place to get parts, staff are friendly and know what you need. I like the tool rental program a lot! Saved me from buying a couple tools I may only need once ever. They offer a DND discount as well.

Best place I find to get parts.. the guys there are #1 not just a job to them. They help you to find the part you need big or small. If they dont have the part in they will have it for you in a few hrs out of province day or 2..

Stripped my wheel stud on a Saturday. Most mechanics are booked up and no stores had the parts. I came to PartSource and Rodell got me good to go in under 10 minutes. Excellent customer service and high level of detail. Thank you

Was immediately put on hold before even able to awnser the guys question of being put on hold. Was just calling to look about one part and felt like I've never been more rushed to get off the phone before, the guy clearly couldn't care less about helping me out as when they couldn't find it first try, all they told me was dealer only" and hung up before I even had a chance to ask for another option"

Your website is saying open till 2 PM and I drove all the way here it’s not even 1:30 yet and you guys are closed. Not good.

Didn't have the flyer item, didn't know how to take the tax off, today its tax free. Had to wait for the guy to count his till which should be done before you open. Too small only letting 2 people in the store at one time. Not worth going, go somewheres else.

These guys are pros. Very friendly, very knowledgable and very service oriented.Great prices as well.I went for a part, when it wasn't in stock, they shipped it in that day from their Dartmouth branch and delivered it to my shop at 6:30 pm.That is customer service.
