Wish I could give zero stars! Ordered two pizzas, both were extremely burnt and barely had any toppings. Had to throw them out because they were so inedible, as well as tasteless. Waste of food and money!

I asked the pizza be lightly done and it was the only Pangos around that followed my instructions . Been there a few times and had no problems.

I wish I could give no stars. This was the worst pizza ever. Toppings were burnt, crust was old dry and har and the toppings were also old. Our pizzas are always ordered from this particular store as its closest to home and this is the first truly non edible pizza we've had, I wish we had checked it before we left the store. Will never order again.

About a week ago, the chicken taqueria pizza we ordered for delivery came with rotting cabbage on it. Panago's photos show fresh shredded cabbage. We recieved pizza with cabbage so old it looked like sauerkraut, but it wasn't. It was just rotting. Which was a shame because it looked like a perfectly good pizza under the rotting cabbage. We phoned and got a different flavour replacement pizza, but the guy on the corporate phone line made sure the replacement we requested was not worth a penny more than the chicken taqueria pizza we had ordered. When the replacement Panago classic arrived it was fine, but I think for an issue like this, with bad food and needing to wait for a re-order, it should have been comped.

Ordered a personal size and I gotta be honest, the crust was dry and the pizza had no taste at all. It literally felt like I was eating nothing.

Really disappointing.To make matters worse, I witnessed some really unprofessional behavior from the managers. They were rude to the staff and seemed to have no concern for their wellbeing or job satisfaction. It was really uncomfortable to witness and made me feel like I didn't want to support this business anymore.Overall, I would not recommend this pizza place. The combination of bad food and unprofessional management made for a really unpleasant experience. Save your money and find a better pizza spot.

The pizza I ordered for my daughter was almost burned so it was dry and hard. It just tasted the worst. I don't want to order from Panago again.
