The mobile shop in Superstore Brockville are hands down the most friendly, professional, and efficient bunch I have ever had the pleasure purchasing from. They ensure you always get the best deals and answer any questions or concerns promptly.I have always had a great experience, especially from Lorri (who has been a godsend in times of need/crisis), she always provides excellent customer service, always makes it a light and fun shopping experience, provides you with the utmost care for your mobile needs and tends to go above and beyond for her customers!Then there is Brooke. Another employee at this particular mobile shop who provides excellent customer service. She is always eager to answer your questions and to assist you with all your mobile needs. When she is unsure of an answer, she will go above and beyond to research and seek it out for you in a timely manner.

For issues with our phones or upgrades, the Mobile Shop is the place to go. Lorri is my rep of choice, but all of the staff are very helpful. There may be a bit of a wait on some days, but the outcome is always worth it.I highly recommend the Mobile Shop.

Lorri and her team are so informative. I know what I wanted in a phone but not really everything it could do or features that would be useful and Lorri took the time to ask me questions, really listened to me, and set me up for success. When I needed a switch in plans owing to a change in my business, she supported me remotely and got me up and running same day. I’m very grateful for the personal service. She makes you feel like family.

I have been dealing with Mobile shop for a long time. I’ve bought a number of different phones over the years. Always friendly, knowledgeable service. With sales peeps who offer what you need at the best prices. Take the time to listen to the customers needs.

Huge shout out to Brooke! She set me up with a Google Pixel and it's easily been the best phone I have ever had. The service was unmatched, she was friendly, helpful and also hilarious. 12/10 for the Mobile Shop!

Just went in and updated my phone and my wife's. Josh was awesome! He got all our phone info/pics/etc swapped over to the new ones, and had everything set up for us. Got us a better plan then I expected to get, and I earned a ton of PC points too! 10\10 would shop there again.Edit: phone got broke by my son in the morning, in the afternoon Josh had a new phone in my hand, and a new one for my wife, with tons of points! Only place to go for a new phone. Oh and he got me a better plan!

I love the mobile team in Brockville. They've always been super helpful to make sure I'm getting the right phone and the right plan for what I want to be doing with it, and they've found the best rates possible too. Plus, they're so friendly!

This is the only place I will go to get my phone. Everyone is so helpful, and friendly. Brooke is my go to salesperson, but I have never had any issues with anybody there. I have got deals I didn't even know existed. PC points to the tune of hundreds of dollars. You won't get that anywhere else in Brockville.
