when I called about my cat the vet came in the evening to my home. When it was neccesary he took my cat, still in evening to his clinic and tubed my cat for feeding. The next day he performed surgery with his team to place a permanent feeding tube. This clinic and the professionals are compassionate and caring. They want to truly help your pet. The price was very reasonable as they go above and beyond. My cat was near death as he could not feed by himself. This team brought my cat not only health but a longer life. I cannot express the gratitude I feel for this team. Absolutely God sent.

Dr. Badri is very professional and caring. The staff is amazing and they accommodate you as soon as you call them to make sure your pet gets the care that is needed.

I want to thank Dr Badri for his incredible service over three generations of at home and clinical vet care for my dogs. He has been there for the good times and the bad and has always been very passionate about our animals welfare. Dr Badri has been very accessible and compassionate. Thank you for all you do!!

over 120 for shots,i have two dogs.can you say money grab.

I booked an appointment for both of my kittens to get the second shot. When I called them they gave me the price and asked me for a deposit. Done. When I got there after everything they overcharged me for lots of things that I have no ideia they could charge. I realized the overcharge when I got home 5 min later. I started to call them but they didn’t pick up the phone. Pay attention on your bill and everything.

Worst experience ever. Customer service was terrible, for a pet owner who is panicking this is NOT a place you should go to. I brought my dog in because she was momentarily unsupervised and ate some plastic. On the phone the vet suggested to bring her in person so they could induce vomiting. They gave her something to induce vomiting but because the wait was so long ( 1.5 hrs) she already digested the plastic and didn’t vomit. After waiting another hour I asked for an update and their solution was to take her home, monitor her and then bring her back if anything else happened. I wasn’t told the price of any of the services, or who would be delivering the service (vet or vet tech), wasn’t told alternative options, I had to be there for everything because they couldn’t figure out how to put a cone on a chihuahua and at the end was showed a $550 bill. I said I wasn’t told any prices beforehand and asked them not to give her some vitamins, then the bill was reduced to $300. Lastly, I was forced to sign a consent form stating that I received a certain level of service and care, when I said I didn’t want to sign certain lines the vet was visibly upset and I was pressured to sign. I will never go back here again. Sherbourne Animal hospital is much better. I hate to leave a negative review but as someone who always checks reviews I felt it was important to share my experience for others.

The staff were extremely rude and argumentative and they were refusing to give me my cat if I didn't pay whereas the last time I picked up my other cat the other staff simply reminded me of the bill and let me take my cat home. They sat there for 10 mins arguing with me telling me I needed to make a payment meanwhile I kept telling them my in laws and husband will make the payments, I've just come to pick him up. The whole time we're arguing my cat was meowing histarically in the background...I never heard him cry like that and they wouldn't let me see him. Then when my father in law called to settle everything they took the iv out of our cat and just threw him in my arms in the waiting room. Terrible vet. They even did tests we never asked them to do and so now there are hidden costs. Charged us a total of $2100 for both cats. Absolutely terrible service. Never going there again

A bit rough around the edges but this man gave us free advice over the phone that saved our cats life.

Highly recommended by Isha Ali and Alisha Coroa. Dr.Badri and his team always answered my calls, never once did I get voicemail which surprised me even on a Sunday afternoon. Very flexible and responsive to our situation with our beloved cat of almost 19 years, Oreo. So kind, caring, and handled the decision to euthanize our cat with sensitivity and dignity. We can't thank him enough, and although heartbroken, we are at peace.

Dr Badri is a great person and Vet. He was very attentive and caring. Staffs are also yonge and friendly.
