BC Real Estate Tutor

I hired Araz for 5 tutoring sessions but I feel like I got so much more! On top of that, he gave me homework, he gave me an emergency half an hour session in addition, he saved all the questions I’d send via text and answer them unless they were somewhat urgent then he’d answer pretty quick. As someone with multiple illnesses, I went into this course with a lot of anxiety and self doubt, but every step of the way he was encouraging, re-assuring, and supportive. I PASSED MY EXAM! I’m not sure that would’ve been possible had I not hired him, and I was doing all the things. I read the book, I attended the zoom classes, I emailed the tutors non-stop, I watched the videos multiple times, I even YouTubed! I really did all the things you should do but I still struggled, until I hired him. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!!

Araz’s approach to tutoring his students is admirable.He is thorough, patient and genuinely cares about their ability to grasp the information at hand.My favourite part of Araz’s course was the booklet of excellent note material condensing the sometimes overwhelming text book. His explanations on formulas and methods he used to explain them I found exceptionally helpful. I also enjoyed each session was recorded so I could go back over them if I felt foggy on any material or needed a quick refresher! I would highly suggest Araz for anyone looking to do the BC Real estate course, I felt personally he has been an extraordinary help.Cheers Araz!

Araz is an amazing tutor. I would recommend him to anyone taking the BC real estate course. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and goes about teaching the material efficiently and easy to understand. His service did not disappoint.

After going through the UBC textbook and making my own individual notes, I found myself still overwhelmed and not fully understanding the material. I looked online and found Araz’s options of purchasing the chapters, and I’m SO happy I did! My understanding went from 50% to almost 90% after watching the videos and utilizing his notes. The explanations and especially the math formulas clicked so much better - I was extremely nervous with failing the exam, that I knew this was an investment that I needed to take and it exceeded my expectations. I don’t think I would’ve passed if it wasn’t for him!!! I ended up finding out some friends of mine that I spoke with after also had lessons with him as well. My experience with Araz was fantastic. Each session was easy to follow and generally included bonus time running off the clock! For anyone planning on taking the RE Exam I highly recommend using him, especially for the math! I would of not been able to fully grasp it without him. Thanks Araz!

When I first Googled Real Estate tutor service. I came across many different companies. But the one that stood out for me was BC Real Estate Tutor" by Araz Mehrabani. I read his reviews online before I engaged in a personal call with him. He was professional and discussed everything in detail that would suite my learning needs in order for me to pass the UBC exam. In my opinion Araz is an essential component to passing the BC Real Estate exam! He methodically goes through each chapter explaining the key points that you need to know. Then he goes through all the questions and highlights why the correct answer is correct and why the others are incorrect so your knowledge of each topic is comprehensive.He was available whenever I had a question with quick responses. I would highly recommend Araz!!

If you are considering hiring a tutor for the BC Real Estate course and exam look no further! I am not a great self teacher/self learner and hiring Araz was the best decision I made. He breaks everything down extremely well, makes it easy to understand and provides materials for success on the exam. I would 1000% recommend Araz!
