Galaxy Grand Convention Centre

I went there for Eid mela it was very good. There hall is spacious. Clean good. They prepare food in there own kitchen and it's delicious and of good quality. Halls are decorated very elegantly great for weddings and events. Host is very graceful and gracious.

*** Please read before booking - Beware ***It's almost end of 2022 and I've been patiently waiting over *3 YEARS* for my deposit refund for an event cancelled due to covid restrictions by the banquet hall.But they keep insisting to use it in the future. Unfortunately time has passed and I no longer can go forward to do the same event. Despite everything being back in the business and them getting customers right now it's not fair to penalize someone who lost their time of celebration due to no fault of theirs. It's a basic courtesy to return the deposit and not unethically hold it when no services or resources were provided.All other banquets issued refunds respectfully and never seen a business so opportunistic like this trying to cash out money from a customer when no services were delivered.Overall talking with the management has left me with nothing but an extremely bitter experience and I'm highly skeptical of going back to them.Very disappointed to lose hard earned money and almost gave up requesting & pleading them repeatedly.I urge you to think 100 times before booking with them and be assured that you will never see your deposit back if things don't happen as you plan or go out of your control.

I did 2 of my wedding events here just a few weeks ago. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right.The management was extremely helpful and professional. They were flexible and helped bring the event together, exactly how we envisioned it!

5 star! We had such a great experience with our wedding being at Galaxy Grand Convention Centre. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly.The management was flexible and accommodating to our additional guests. It was very smooth dealing with the management (Afrazyar and Harmeet) along the way and planning process.The food was delicious…everyone was complimenting the menu! They were refilling the buffet consistently and there was never a shortage of food or drinks.Bathrooms were very clean and well maintained throughout the night. We highly recommend Galaxy Grand if you’re looking for a beautiful venue, excellent service and great staff!

Great place to organize events. Good size hall. Easley accommodates around 300 people. Big parking. Great service during the event. 2 bars.Very friendly staff.For Muslims, if asked, they can arrange a prayer hall.I personally enjoyed the event and their great service.

We attended a wedding as a vendor (@angelaffectphotobooth) and it was absolutely gorgeous. It’s all newly renovated and the owners are extremely welcoming and the staff are so help. We had such a blast!! Thanks for having us!!
