John Robinson is outstanding! From acting as ground crew to ensuring we were comfortable and hydrated, the service and attention to client care is unparrallelled. Highly reccomend this FBO to any private pilot. As a bonus visit the heritage musuem next door while you're there.

Very nice people working here but I feel they might be understaffed because last time I went there I could get them on the radio to marshall me in for a parking spot so I just had to park somewhere on my own and they said they were probably outside which doesn't make sense if they would carry a radio with them.

Great Lakes Flight Centre
Such a Friendly terminal full of helpfull people. In the winter we fly out of this terminal to head for Pelee Island. The atmosphere is cozy and they always offer a cup of warm coffee. If they can put up with us crazy islanders they can put up with anyone ;)

If you are flying into CYQG, then Great Lakes Flight Center should be your FBO of choice.John Robinson the business manager is a warm and friendly guy who is an amazing and very helpful resource.John welcomed us to the Great Lakes facilities, provided access to their quality environment and helped us to manage our day trip to Windsor.It's established. When I fly to Windsor.. Great Lakes Flight Center is my home away from home.
