Excellent attention to detail with measuring and hiding cables, and great communication along the way. Art was very polite and kind, cleaned up his own mess with a portable vacuum and took all the packaging as well.I was asked to verify height during the process and once it was done as well. Unfortunately, only after trying to actually watch tv did I realize it’s been mounted much too high. Like it strains my neck, even after using the full extent of the tilt feature of the mount. And theres been a sound bar mounted under as well so a re so would leave lots of holes.
