Very unique pieces for very affordable prices - love my teak wood dinning table and just ordered a matching bench.

I've never had a positive encounter in this store until yesterday, prior to that, every time we would go in the employees would not even say hello, they wouldn't give us the time of day, nothing. They stand around the checkout counter like the mean team that's too good to help. (this is not because they're busy, I've been the only person in the store)However, yesterday, we met Greg! Greg really answered all of our questions, he spent time going through the items and he gave us some great insight on the products we were interested in. We actually ended up buying a couch and table when we went home online.Thanks again Greg!

Do not order from the store. DO NOT allow any sales rep to convince you that your order will arrive with an “ estimated date “.Our dates got pushed backed FIVE times when any store rep could’ve suggested ordering the items online and having it delivered right away.Listen learned the VERY hard way. We canceled our order after 3 months of patiently waiting and getting the constant running around. AVOID the store if you do not want to wait 3 months for your items.We’ve shared this with our friends and family. It’s just not good business for Structube and their customer service is GARBAGE.

Been dealing with the Vaughan location for furnishings. The individual who looked after us several times was knowledgeable and wonderful !

My first recommendation would be to take all these negative reviews with a grain of salt. I enjoyed having Hill (Hilary) assisting me with my purchases. He was easygoing and calm and let me browse around, and when I needed him, he came and helped. Structube has excellent selections, especially for condo-sized pieces. Their popular items, of course, are back ordered; however, if it is an item you need, pack your patience. You can reserve your items with a deposit in-store and get a full refund if you change your mind. I would 100% recommend Structube and connecting with Hill at the Vaughan location to assist you with your purchases.

Would not recommend ordering any furniture from this place. Ordered a sectional in mid-August with a delivery of late September. Sales associate who sold us this sectional said the latest will be early October

We bought a table. A lot of our choices were not in stock so we picked one that we could get in a reasonnable amount of time. Even thought it’s in stock it had to be sent and delivered from Montreal. First red flag. They booked the delivery for August 3rd as it was the only option offered to us and were told we would receive a notification of a time frame that the table would be delivered the night before. We never got it. We tracked it online to no avail.On the 3rd we made sure to have someone at home all day. We rearranged our schedules to make it work. With the style of work we do (aviation) it’s not an easy task. Around 4:45, I tried calling again. I was asked if I was sure the table had not arrived… Excuse me?! What?… I was then informed that they needed to make verifications and they would call me back. I got a call back and they said I would get my table between 5-10.I waited again… Nothing. Since they closes at 6:30pm, there was no one to talk to.Guess what? We are the day after and I still don’t have it. Terrible customer service. Debating if we should just cancel it because we can’t just wait around and keep missing work for a cheap basic looking table.

If you have an issue with your item, do not deal with customer service. They are absolutely horrible and do not know how to deal with customers. Saede at the Woodbridge location was very helpful with our return. Thank you!

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews regarding wait times for ordered items, especially in today's slowed economy!!I placed an online order, and was given an ESTIMATED delivery date. Whenever i wanted, I was able to check the tracking so see if the date changed or not, and as the information became available, I was able to see. Once it arrived, I was emailed that the item was ready for pick up.The tables I ordered are fantastic, no issues with quality, and delivery was AS EXPECTED. if you're looking for next day deliveries, I suggest you don't order items not in stock.Structube is fantastic, and i'll continue to order product from them. 5 stars

Very very very disappointed with customer service, the most rude and non-friendly staff. I believe the reps name was Yousef, honestly Do not order from the store, specially if the sales rep advises you to do online order and pick up.I was ready to buy floor model, rep rudely said that I can’t sell me the floor model, whereas many times at structure when they need to sell they are happily selling their floor model.They made me order my Ottoman online for store pick up , suggesting that pickup will be in on Friday cuz the warehouse is in Montreal. When I came to pick up he started anrguing that it will be the week following and it’s my mistake.I understand things can be delayed and etc but just speaking so rudely. Not to mention I drove all the way from new market twice for the pickup.Very disappointed . On my final pick up I dealt with Saeed who honestly was sincere and genuine. Overall structube as company is garbage.
