I came to the store to pick up my order for Doordash and this staff has given it to the wrong person. I had to waste for almost 1 hour for the remake one. When the order was ready to pick up he did not let me pick it up because I was using my delivery bag. During Covid-19 Doordash did not send me the delivery bag so I told him that I would use my bag for that order. I told him to check the order name and do it better next time. However, he was angry and called the Doordash hotline to cancel my order despite I had waited for almost 1 hour. He did not even give me an apology for it and had an unacceptable attitude. I rarely post negative reviews but this is unacceptable.

Never really cared for papajohns pizza. But lately I must say I've been enjoying it. Def up their with franchise pizza. Actually my fav of franchise pizzas. Their garlic sauce and pickled peppers that come with I might be what sold me the most. Little advice if ordering a one topping pizza online and there are two ppls eating. Put on topping on half and half still equals one topping and both ppls are happy. Anyways not much else to review pizza is above standard.

Pre ordered online for a certain time. Wait 20 min past the time...no pizza. Call for status, sounds like it hasn't even been sent out yet, and she says give it another 15 minutes" no offers of apologies or otherwise. Kicker you pre tip for bad service. Never again"

Changed Crust to Epic Stuffed Crust and the cheese was not melted at all.We always order hawaiian pizza here, but this will be our last order. Ordered hawaiian pizza and there was only few of pineapple, thought we ordered cheese pizza :(

Ordered a large cheese + pepperoni. The pizza was very heavy... Dough was thick and lots of cheese. The dough was a little too thick than we usually like to eat and the pepperoni was underneath the thick layer of cheese. The kids ate it so it was ok but they were really hungry. Due to heaviness and the hidden small amount of pepperoni used we give this pizza a 3 out of 5.

I had ordered cheese sticks and one large three toppings pizza during lunch for take away. I must say I have had the best pizza so far at this location compared to any other locations of Papa John's. Staff was very humble, enthusiastic to serve you, they made pizza and cheese sticks Well done" and very cheesy and yummy. I just loved it. Keep up guys you are doing great."
