Statera Therapies Massage & Float

Worst experience i have ever had. I purchase 60 min massage. During the massage I just asked politely to the therapist that is there any offer going on or extra bonus min. The therapist misbehaved with me and finished the massage before 25 min and charge me for the full 60 min. I don't know what she understand may be my english isn’t that good but this is no way acceptable. Therapist name is kelsy never gonna recommend her or this place to anyone.

Do not go here!In past 3 months here is my experience- no shampoo no conditioner in float room both containers ran out- was given towels twice that had holes in them- forgot to give me a wash cloth on one occasion- during one float got in had float got out realized no towel in the room - had to call down the hallway for a towel- no floor matt on 2 different days and shoes - shower shoes left in middle of room- on another day - worker put me in float pod room - when I had booked the float pool - told her she was wrong she said no - had to pull up my email booking and prove it to get moved to float pool- bookings at 9am when they open staff often show up at one minute to 9 or right at 9 never early to open the facility up.- young staff that don’t seem to have good work ethic or care what they are doing- very rude and ignorant and flippant- have spent quite a bit of money here gave them MANY chances here at the facility over past 2 years - charged me for 2 appointments I missed when I called as I was in the hospital was told they would cancel them no problem - showed up they told me I had to pay for 3 appointments not allowing any flexibility for when I was in the hospital - told me they sent me an invoice by email - never received the invoice- Staff are disorganized and don’t care about the customer and very uneducated and not very intelligent- I tried to be flexible give them leniency and room for errors as I live near by- BIG WASTE of money don’t ever go here it’s a terrible business run by very unprofessional people

My masseuse was a nice lady named Brandy Lalonde. The massage was very good. The stretching and pressure was perfect to relive the tension in my body. I’ll have to go back again for an hour session next time.......

Finally! I've been suffering from neck and shoulder pain for a long time. Amanda found the problem in the first session. I feel relieved and relaxed. Definitely going back for more.

Very impressed with the facility and the staff. Loved the first visit so much booked again right away. Highly recommend seeing these ladies and this facility. Never tried the float.

Ive seen Cassidy for massages for over a year now and I have nothing but amazing things to say! She is a great listener, makes you feel comfortable and welcome and is very professional. She checks in with you during the massage and really makes sure you both have the same goals going in. The environment in Statera is peaceful and calming and everyone is always so kind. I really look forward to going! I’ve also gone for a couples float and it was organized, clean and really relaxing! Definitely 5/5 recommend!
