I have dealt with real estate lawyers on a number of occasions and for years have been going to a Streetsville based firm. This decision was not based on the quality of service or being overly pleased with the performance of the firm, but simply proximity and to some degree, laziness on my part to search for a better one.It was a stroke of luck that I crossed paths with Zahra as we had never met but was put in contact with her team through the builder to close on a condo we had purchased pre-construction.During our first conversation on the phone, I realized that she was different, a welcome change to the lawyers I had dealt with in the past.
