Michael helped my husband and I the other day and he was amazing! We were due for upgrades and decided to switch phone providers, and he made everything so effortless and smooth. He was great at explaining things, very patient with my many questions, and super personable! I would 100% trust him with my services again. I have also had Wilfredo help me and he is also very kind and helpful! Amazing service from this location all around.

Had an incredible experience upgrading my phone today with Adam. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, honest, patient, and goes above and beyond to listen to exactly what you’re looking for and make sure your needs are fully met. He put time and effort into making sure I was well informed and walking out with a good deal. I know nothing about phones and he made the whole process so easy. I don’t normally leave reviews but this gentleman truly deserves to be recognized! I will be asking for him specifically any time I have phone troubles.

So basically today we were at fairview location Kitchener for deal that give doule trade-in amount for your phone. We were interested in iphone 14 with Bell, though we were currently on Freedom with 3 months contract left. So, we raise this question to manager name Adam at that location what happenes if we choose not to go with this plan and goes back to freedom again. He told us your plan with your current contract will start and we discard this Bell plan within 30 days of purchase. So, we canceled the plan before signing up or trade-in our phone on that current day, he process the cancelation and told go to freedom store, they give you sim card. We went their, and freedom said you already port-out you need to payout your contract amount and choose a new plan, which is totally contradictory with what Adam told us. We went back and forthTbooth to freedom, but eventually we west our time and having canceled our ongoing service with freedom, and no one take responsibility at Tbooth for that.

I cannot say enough about how Amazing Adam Cyr has been in helping my family for Years! I have needed help urgently many times and he has Always gone above and beyond for all of us. I am purchasing another phone now and I am truly grateful for his Exceptional Service! I am in Sales myself and I know when people deserve extra credit. Thank you Adam.

I just got done dealing with Mike Regier at T-Booth and the service was exceptional. This is actually the 3rd time we have used him for various reasons and we will come back to him every time!He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about upgrading my cell phone as well as changing out internet provider. I am new in canada and i am a student. I was looking to get a new sim went to couple places for deals.but i got the best deal from nikhil he was very polite. I felt very good after talking to him he gave me so many tips to live in canada.. at the end i will say best service definitely recommended
