I love Dr. Paul and his staff. He's very straight forward about what your pet needs and will explain the steps to their health as well as the consequences for not taking his recommendations.I agree with the other 5-star review about the staff. Ashley is a great vet tech and Denise always seems to be listening and caring about what I have to say.My family has been going to Dr. Paul since we got our first pet over 15 years ago. Since then he has treated two diabetic cats (seriously, two), an in-bred dog with various ailments, and two rescue cats.

Dr. Paul is amazing. He has a calmness about him that puts my animals and myself at ease. He is gentle with them and always does a thorough job. He explains things without getting too technical and he has good prices.The staff should also be commended as they are very nice and always helpful.Thank you for taking care of Tucker, Teanie & Tazz!

Dr Paul is the best vet I have ever had. I have been going to him for years and years and years now. He knows just about anything about everything. It's crazy the amount of knowledge he has, and he's always more than happy to share it. You leave without any questions and know that you are taking the best course of action for your little fur baby. He noticed my tire was low while I was at the office and checked the pressure and helped me fix it. Who does that? Who??!! Not many people. He will be my vet for as long as he has a practice

Dr. Paul is very thorough and he took the time to explain my dog's test results in regular terminology. I have been to a few different vet's and they don't come close to his care for your animals. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Paul looked after my Australian Shepherd for 14 years. He and the staff were a pleasure to work with. He never misdiagnosed my dogs ailments and he was the fairest vet I have ever dealt with. If I ever get another pup the first stop will be Niagara Vet Services.

DrPaul was a wealth of knowledge. I appreciate that he isn't used to large breed dogs but took the time to explain things to us. very happy that we chose to bring our puppies here

Dr. Paul has been nothing but wonderful to my mom and I while our poor cat was so sick. Dr. Paul had an optimism for our boy that no other vet had. Under Dr. Paul's care our cat improved for a good month and a half before passing away. We lost him last night and even with this Dr. Paul and his office continue to be compassionate and are helping us. While we were definitely extenuating circumstances outside of the normal diagnostic practices due to a personal situation, Dr. Paul has been nothing but outstanding and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Paul to anyone in need a vet. He will be my first choice for all veterinary needs in the future. I truly trust him and his experience, and his wonderful staff. He goes out of his way to fight for the animals, and does an excellent job of helping their owners fight for them too.

Dr Paul is FREAKIN AMAZING!! Hands-down the best veterinarian in town. He truly cares and takes his time explaining every detail. The best part is you can feel comfortable going for a regular check ups because he doesn’t gauge you Truly a caring doctor for our beloved pets. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else

If there was a 0 this vet would get it. Not good with animals or people. I guess that's why no one else was there. Don't waste your time with Dr. Paul.

Do not recommend this vet. He has insisted that my cat has allergies and has been selling me one medication after another and nothing has improved. Even had blood work done for a large amount of money only to be told everything is fine. Well buddy had blood work done at another clinic and she has advanced bone cancer. Stay away from this guy, he’s rude and arrogant.
