Poorer than poor customer service. The staff made a mistake deducting 10,000 points from my optimum card account. Did not tell me what happened. The supervisor was just as bad. The only thing they are very good at is they are very good at washing their hands of their mistake, good at no apology, and good at passing the blame to the customer for just trying to redeem the points. Wow! If there is a negative score on this review I'll give them the lowest negative score because 1 is too many.

Very clean and well maintained store. Nice display of food and merchandise. This is a top Maxi store.Free parking is available. You need a coin (dollar) for the shopping car - which you get back when you return your shopping car.

Maxi is twin store to Super-C. Be careful of the product. Yes, it is cheaper but you be the judge. Service is poor but again the short staff people do a great job to make sure the shelves are full.

This is my go to store! Store is always clean and the selection is great. People that work there are friendly and I must mention Daniel, as a new resident of Quebec trying to learn French I appreciate Daniel helping me out by speaking English to me once he realized I struggled. Now he says hello every time he sees me and that is very welcoming.
