The Maplewoods

I really had a great experience with Rodica Bratcoveanu from Maplewood’s. She has been a pleasure to deal with and the company as a whole. I could not recommend them more! They are very professional and are just great people to collaborate with. I appreciate the quality and work ethic they bring in every area.

I had the pleasure of working with Margareta Moscopol at The Maplewoods and she was fantastic! She made the leasing application process easy and stress-free. She was always available to answer my questions and kept me informed every step of the way, even staying after hours to help me. I highly recommend her services!

Very poor management and amenities Morguard is providing by taking high rent and service charges.23 floor building and laundry room has always few machines out of service and you have to tolerate those nonsense people who will take out your laundry clothes without permission. I don’t know why laundry room has specific hours of operation with amount of people living in this building. Half of the time elevators are not working. They won’t do any service on time with work orders created. Even with renovated units, rooms have not been completely renovated. Pipelines are broken, so many holes everywhere and building has no safety at all!!

Expensive for no reason. The apartments are outdated, the Ac is not centralized so it does absolutely nothing. The place is infested with roaches and some ppl have mice, the elevators are always broken and it takes long to come when you call it.

Everything negative you read in reviews is correct. No one cares about anything. Been living here for 6 years. Awful treatment of tenants. Garbage and smell of garbage everywhere. Tenants are so inconsiderate of each other it’s embarrassing. Litter all over the property and tenants let their kids run and yell day and night. Building is falling apart and management does very minimal just enough to avoid major incidents like parking garage ceiling falling down . Issues like an AC that has not worked for over a month is definitely not anyones priority. But management is first and very quick to remind tenants of their obligations. I am disgusted by everyone here tenants and management.

IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON LIVING HERE, TRUST ME THAT WOULD BE THE WORST DECISION OF YOUR LIFE.They are the worst, the management team has no idea what they are doing. They are the most RUDE people ever, they have no respect to the people residing. They will not provide you any notice if the water is going to shutdown. As a resident here, I am hoping you guys don’t make a mistake to rent here as they would never accept their mistake and will never solve problems

I would definitely not suggest to live in this building. I am living here since 1.5 year and feel like it is my worst decision ever. Management don’t care about residents, whenever you express any concern regarding amenities, they always tried to shut you. specially the recent manger she have zero manners and not respect for residents, every-time she is snapping at people and never even bother to listen what the problem is? why the person come to her?. They forget what parking slot belongs to what people and than give one parking slot to two different people. No prior notice for water shut down, elevators are mostly not working, Insects issues. After paying all the money you can’t live in this building peacefully always somethings and somethings going on.

I really appreciate the office staff, they are kind and care for the tenants. When we visited this beautiful property, Margarta help up to show the units and explain all the things in details. She guided me for the application process and it was so smooth. We really appreiacte the office staff and very exceited to live at this beautiful place. Our first impression was very good, as the location is very nice and the property was neat and clearn.
