I had done a lot of research and visited many cabinet and countertop suppliers, so I was hesitant when calling up Luminous because they seemed quite new - but it was the best decision I made for my kitchen. After my first meeting, I felt reassured Tyler will be the right person. The entire kitchen renovation turned out to be much more complex and difficult than I thought, but the custom cabinets and service I received from Tyler was the only thing that remained constantly positive throughout. He made fantastic suggestions to the design, supplied multiple options to fit my budget, and was paid extreme attention to details. I am very lucky I did not go with pre-made cabinets from a big box retailer nor custom cabinets from anyone else. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team to everyone I know for cabinets and countertops. His pricing was extremely fair and competitive, and the quality is beyond my expectations. His installation team did an unbelievable job and I could not be happier with my investment. Thank you for everything Tyler, and for going above and beyond.

We were looking for a local business and found Tyler at luminous to be immediately insightful and accommodating. We sought a kitchen upgrade with refacing and an island. The few snags encountered were addressed without issue. The quality, pricing and timelines exceeded expectations, We have already referred friends to luminous due to the experience we had.

Hiring Luminous Cabinets was one of the best decisions we made in our renovation process. Not only was their pricing extremely fair, but Tyler was an invaluable asset during the design process. He was very patient answering all our questions, worked with our contractor to come up with custom solutions to work with our heritage house restoration, and installation was smooth. I use our home kitchen for work, so I came into the project with a lot of my own ideas for what we wanted in our kitchen—but Tyler took that and made it even better. He made some suggestions on cabinet layout and sizing that we are so glad to have gone with. And they went above and beyond after installation: Tyler didn't hesitate to send in a guy to touch up the cabinet paint after the (unrelated) countertop installer scratched a section of cabinet during the counter install. This wasn't Luminous Cabinets fault at all, but they came in, fixed it, and didn't charge us (or the countertop guy) a dime. Throughout our reno process, Luminous Cabinets was consistently the most communicative trades we worked with...that delivered exactly what they said they would (and more).
