Had my phone and plan upgraded by Shahrzad and she was an absolute delight. 10/10 recommend smashing your old phone and getting a new one like I did.

Brought my pixel 7 pro to have it fixed under warranty (only 5 months old). It was sent away to repair shop. Was told by store agent it will likely be replaced with a new phone if they could not fix the internal issue. My phone was in perfect cosmetic condition. After nearly a month long wait I got a call saying the phone could not be repaired and I would be receiving a brand new phone. I clarified with the store agent caller that it would be brand new and he confirmed. Went to the store to pick it up. He transfered my data to the new phone. I asked again and was assured it was not refurbished and it was new. Got home and was able to check online and discovered it is actually refurbished. Very disappointed. I was lied to and am now paying a monthly new phone price for a used phone. Unacceptable!

I bought Mobile plan plus Internet wifi c9nnecti9n from this kiosk. I mate one of Sr. Executive Sultan at the Kiosk. He described all the available plans in budget and offers. Sultan has lots of patience to explain and he gave full attention until my connection is active.I will recommend this Kiosk to buy Mobile as well as Internet Service. I had a very pleasant experience in purchasing a iPhone at the Virgin kiosk in St. Laurent Mall. I was served by Sultan. He was very helpful in explaining the features of the iPhone 14 , and he was very patient and professional, as I had a lot of questions . He spent the time necessary for me to work out a comparison of my different options. Sultan is an asset to your work team in that location.
