Just curiosity....how come when we call no one answer at the first attempt or second or even third?How come you never willing to work with people to solve issues??Anyways if anyone of us included me would try to make a little bit more effort in what we do every day I am sure we all can live a better quality life,no need to fight or childish altercation just a step back to meditate where we can do better!Thanks

I was told that I could pick up my company's mail at the depot between 10 and 2. I arrived at 1:45 and they apparently decided to close early that day with no explanation or note. Extremely unprofessional.

Two parcels came in on Dec 23rd....one was delivered on the 27th in Edmonton...the other is still sitting in your sorting department. What the hell??...It was a gift for Christmas... well Christmas has come and gone!! It would be great if you guys could actually find it and send it along... maybe my daughter could have it before her birthday.

They are holding my package for no reason and not releasing it to be delivered. This has zero to do with Covid as the vast majority of packages are going through at a regular pace through other facilities.
