⚠️ CAUTION ⚠️ : worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced while shopping. blonde lady was constantly yelling at elderly customers and employees while talking down to them.I will never shop at this terrible store again until you get rid of this terrible employee and advise everybody to avoid this store if you see her working.

Mercedes and Chloe are the best workers ever! they helped me find the perfect shoe and made sure i was satisfied with my shopping. They helped me out a ton and am now a rewards member. Definitely recommend shopping at this location

I went to return a shoe that i ordered online because it was the wrong size. The lady working was so extremely rude and accused me of wearing them - i told her it came that way and it also came with the tags off. She continued examining the shoe huffing and puffing for a few more minutes acting like I really wore them.If i could give this store and lady negative 10 stars i would.And now reading all the other horrible and similar reviews that people have experienced in this store, i am shocked that no one has done a thing about this. Avoid this place.

Mercedes was the most amazing ever! Her service was quick sweet and helpful. Got the exact shoes I wanted without hassle. The store is really clean and organized. The service was fast. Love her and will be coming back soon

I went with my daughter to buy some shoes and the lady with a black toque was super rude me. I would politely ask her a question and she would snap at me. At first I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe she had a long hard day. So I smiled and asked her a question and again she was rude and aggressive. I left the store feeling so hurt. My daughter said sorry for that lady being so rude to me. The reason I write this so no other customer should experience it. Thank you for taking your time and hope this gets addressed soon as there are similar complaints.

Worst costumer service ever. Once I stepped foot into the store this lady with a blonde hair (or a blonde wig) was already yelling at costumers. Not letting anyone finish their question before she starts yelling answers. She was also yelling at her staff for “putting shoes back on display the wrong way”. I just wanted to ask her what size the kids shoes go up to and before I could finish my sentence she’s already yelling back “everything we have on display is what we have honey”, in a very condescending tone may I add. And then she proceeded to tell me to shop at sport check instead and VERY condescendingly told me to have “a very lovely day” as I was walking out the door. Would never shop here or even walk in this store ever even if paid to do so…..what a grumpy lady

I am super excited and happy with the service I received. The store was so busy and I did not mind waiting. When it was my turn I got got amazingggg customer service. The store is clean which I love the most. The girls were so nice and helpful with me finding the right pair of boots. I’m definitely going back. Thankyou SoftMoc Richmond centre.

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!We entered the store and asked a question to a tall Indian male working and he responded in a rude, aggressive and in a dismissive way then proceeded to leave the store and give us no time. We went to the counter and asked the white lady with blonde/ greyish hair for the size of shoes we were looking for she basically threw the shoe back at my mom and said rudely That is a 10.5". At this point my elderly mother decided enough was enough so she nicely asked the lady if she wanted to sell us shoes or not? Both the lady and man decided to tell us that we were being rude for no reason and proceeded to yell at us. I grabbed my baby and my stroller and let them know we were not going to buy any shoes from this store with they stinking attitude and horrid customer service! The Indian male continued yelling at us very aggressively "Have a great day! Don't come back!" also made sure to tell us that we could find the same shoes at foot locker on our way out. So we WILL purchase them from foot locker where they gave us friendly customer service.I cannot stress enough WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! I wish I could be ZERO STARS!!To the owner/ manager of this store I would just like to say you are losing business by hiring such rude and incompetent staff. I was planning on buying 2 pairs of shoes but will take my purchase to a different store now."

I came in to return a pair of shoes I bought online and I didn't have the invoice that came with the package. The staff was very patient and helpful while they helped me with this return. On top of that, I used half gift card and half credit card payment which made things extra challenging. Much appreciated to the floor staff @ this location :)

This location of soft moc has the best service out there! Some might get frustrated that they have to wait for a longer duration of time to get serviced but I recommend waiting! You will get quality assistance, it’s not rushed and the lady who works there takes her time to help you order what you need online or find your right size in the store make sure it’s the right color. She wants to make sure she saves you the hassle of having to drive around to several locations to find the correct shoes. She asked me why I was getting this particular shoe and I told her it was because I was going away in a couple of weeks and she said oh you know what let me expedite the shipping for you! She also provides great prices! She takes time to talk to you about how your day is going, what your plans are and gives you advice on sizing and styles of shoes. And she even remembers you! I hadn’t been in the store for a good nine months and she remembered me and my family, it always makes you feel warm inside when somebody remembers you after so long. she told me but if I came back with my family she would take care of us! Additionally, the store is clean, organized and has a great selection! All in all the maybe 10 minutes I waited when I got there outweighed the two or more hours it would’ve taken me to visit other locations and then ultimately have to order online later when the second location didn’t have what I was looking for. Thanks for a very nice experience, it really made my day!! :)
