The guys at Prince Auto know their stuff. They also know how to keep life-long customers because they always tells it how it is. They will never tell you that you need something you do not need and if you ask for recommendations they will give you a break down of the options with pricing and advise you AS IF IT WAS THEIR CAR in for service/repairs or upgrades. What more can you ask for?The first time I was referred to Prince Auto, I needed urgent brake work done on my old truck and time was tight for me. Not only did they get it done that day ( dropped off at 4pm, completed and ready by 7pm) but they saved my seized caliper and only charged me for the pads/rotors/labour.I just left the shop this afternoon,Amir and his team installed a level kit on my 2019 Ram 1500 and as always, I'm very happy with the work performed and the price couldn't be beat anywhere else. Truly a pleasure dealing with you guys! A+++ Highly recommend!

I am very impressed with the quality of their service and their good greeting of their customers.I could not close the rear door of my van Odyssey.Amir is very knowledgeable and is doing his best to help me out. He drove all the way to Kitchener to get a new motor for my van door to be fixed. If not, I would have to wait for 2 months to have the problem fixed. Exceptional service. I'm glad I found this auto service on Google. I visited Toronto with my 2 little daughters for a few days, and noticed that my wheels deflated and I need to fix it before I'm going back home. I step in to Prince Auto, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, they found the time for me right away, I wasn't wait with kids too long. They fixed the problem in a few minutes. Respected maintenance center, high performance, perfect work, integrated team and distinguished service. My car was repaired after the accident and they programmed the car's radar and blind spot by using advanced devices such as Ads. All respect and love to the entire team for these wonderful services.

Out of the mechanics I've dealt with in the past Prince Auto Services provided a pleasant experience on a number of services performed on my car.Firstly, the owner exemplifies skill, knowledge as well as transparency. He tells you how it is without sugar-coating.Secondly, staff demonstrates friendly and professional customer service.Thirdly, reasonably priced services and time management despite substantial work loads.

Worst customer service you’ll ever find. I went to this place after I spoke to the owner Amer he was very polite over the phone and promised me the blind spot system will be fixed. I brought the car in at same night. Next morning he called me the car is ready for pick up ,,, great! After I arrived to pick up the car I was told the system was calibrated but NOT WORKING!!! and I just need to replace the bumper so the system can work correctly and I have to pay $400 for the repair & I trusted hime the system will be working AFTER the bumper get replaced. the system actually remain unfixed even though I replaced the bumper as requested by Amer. So I realized I actually paid $400 for nothing!!!! Poor way to scam your first time customer.- I contacted him again & was told to bring the car in for the second time, I was expected my car will get fixed without extra charge as I already paid for the service as per his own estimate… I was shocked when the owner demanded more money and started yelling and extremely rude beyond imagination…… I paid you as per your own estimate that you gave to me after you checked and examined the car!!!!- At the end I was told to pay another $400 as the system need to be recalibrated again and they will adjust the sensor bracket.. so I paid twice for the same job!!!!- I’ve never been in a situation like this before, it was my first and last time to be in such a place again… Shame on you.
