I have been coming here for a while now and very satisfied with the services they provide. The new location is amazing and much more modern. I have tried massages with different therapists here and all are very good. Helen is my favourite as she is very strong and can provide lots of pressure which I like. I have also tried acupuncture with Dr. Li and helped me relieve some pain I had in my legs and knee. I have also tried the supplement products for booosting my energy. I would highly recommend this place.

After many years of searching for a better Massage Clinic, I finally found the one that actually care and reliable when it comes to my pain for relaxation and relief. My family and I, have been going to this Clinic and have helped and made a difference to our health.I usually go for acupuncture and deep massage as I always have back and shoulder pain. Dr. Li treated my insomnia and menstrual cycle as well. I have also tried some for the products she recommended and it demonstrated long term improvement. I have been going to Dr. Li for acupuncture and massage for about 10 years now... and she is, by far the most knowledgeable in this field I have ever experienced. I work out 5 days a week, and do some personal training on the side... so my body always needs an extra boost recovering. Acupuncture with Dr. Li is painless, and can be a relief for anyone else suffering from chronic back pain. But the reason I see her the most, is for deep tissue/sports massage. There are times I feel so tight and stressed, I think that there's no way she's going to get the knots out of my back... but incredibly, she always does. She's the only therapist that I have encountered that can sustain a great amount of pressure with her elbows for an extended period of time, to ensure that the targeted areas are addressed before she moves on. I highly recommend Dr. Li for her expertise on these types of therapy... you won't be disappointed. She truly cares about her patients' health and well being, and it shows! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been seeing Dr. Li for a few years. She treated my back pain, neck pain, insomnia, fatigue due to a serious car accident. I am very impressed with Dr. Li’s professionalism, knowledge and caring. She’s not only proficient in acupuncture and massage therapy, she is also super knowledgeable of life style medicine and holistic wellness. Dr. Li taught me how to take care my health by moderating my daily diet, exercise and life style. The daily essential supplements she recommended helped me to maintain the high level of health and energy in the interval of acupuncture appointments. That made me heal faster than normal, which also saved me cost by reducing treatment. I don’t need to pay her more. I’ve never seen a doctor like her before. Before seeing her, I went from clinic to clinic due to severe pain, insomnia, fatigue. Dr. Li is a true doctor with integrity and loving heart. Thank you Dr. Li from the bottom of my heart!

We have been going to Dr Li for massage and acupuncture treatments for over 5 yrs and they are the best. The deep tissue massages are truly rejuvenating and healing.

Been seeing Dr Li and her team of massage therapists for many years now and they treat my whole family. I had this nagging pain and dull numbness going down my arm when I first found dr Li and after seeking treatment at a few other accupuncture & massage places with no avail to rid my pain and FINALLY got relief after seeing Dr. Li for acupuncture and a firm and very therapeutic massage from one of her therapists.Fast fwd 4+ years (I cant even remember how long exactly now) I am still religiously going to see them for my massage acupuncture needs whenever I can fit it into my schedule. Side note- they are very good about fitting me in with my very minute availability. My young boys have even appreciated getting to have massages as well. Dr Li, David, Helen and Kitty are all so good with them.I use the massage treatments probably more than acupuncture nowadays so I can still say that there still isn't a better place to get therapeutic treatment (deep tissue,sports therapy massage --I cant speak to relaxation or other types as I do not find those to be helpful for me but I am sure they would be excellent for that as well).Lastly, if there was maybe a downside to comment on this place before it would have been the location/building as it was quite old and run down (but it didn't bother me so much as to not keep going). BIG BONUS that now that they are at a new location that is bright, clean, and fresh and still in a nice central location too.I love this place and couldn't recommend it more. It is unfortunate to read negative reviews because Dr Li is very accommodating and strives to ensure her clients get the best experience possible. In all the years I once had a so-so massage (with a new therapist she hired), I let her know afterwards and Dr Li rectified it by giving me a massage herself to make up for it. I guess there will always be people out there who just are out to take advantage of small business owners and their kind hearts and try to discredit them. Such a shame.

I found Dr. Li about 10 years ago and I'm grateful to God I found her. I go to her regularly for acupuncture, massage, cupping, energy sound healing, and facial. I'm very active 41 year old. Crossfit, running, hiking mountain biking. Dr. Li has helped with injures and store muscles. If you like really deep strong massage after those hard workouts, her team is the best! I've also suffered from stress, anxiety, depression, anxiety, and especially after losing both my brothers last year to a drug overdose. Dr. Li acupuncture and energy healing helped calm my nervous system so that the time I was on her table I was fully relaxed and found some peace. She also helped care for my mother after she lost her sons. I've since moved to Vancouver, but every time I'm back in Calgary I always book a treatment with doctor Li. If you are looking for a kind, warm, honest human who is very gifted and committed to helping her patience heal their body, mind and soul, Dr. Li could be a very valuable alley and friend on your healing journey.
