Inspired by Rossland Optical - Whitby

I had a wonderful experience at Inspired By Rossland Optical. From the moment I walked in for my appointment, I felt very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Dana was so helpful in helping me pick out my glasses. Service was great and the glasses were ready pretty quick. Would definitely recommend.

I first entered Rossland Optical over 20 years ago with my son as a little boy. I can't begin to say what wonderful and amazing service Dana and her staff have provided my family over the years. Our family has always felt such a warm welcome entering your store Dana. You provide above and beyond exceptional service. On the advise of Dana over the last few weeks, she suggested I try new lenses for my sunglasses, I had a favourite frame I wanted to keep. Dana, I absolutely love my new sunglasses.

We have been visiting Rossland Optical for over 16 years and have always had great service and quick turn around times. Dana and her crew are a lovely team. Dana has great talent in choosing the right style and fit of glasses specific for you. I feel picking out glasses is a tough job- but this crew always made it easy! Thank you! We will miss you!

Pre-sales selection and service is excellent. Dana and her team do a great job of matching the frame to the client. In these trying times they are very detailed about cleaning perspective frames before you try them on and after so no worries there.After sales service takes it up a notch if that's possible.After humming and hawing over which frame to choose, I was disappointed and uncomfortable given the over all weight of the finished glasses. I was forewarned that this could be an issue with my prescription but really liked the frames I chose until I had to wear them.Dana worked very hard to find something that incorporated all she had learned about my tastes and found a significantly lighter frame from the catalogue of the same product line.There was a modest price adjustment equal to the incremental cost in the new frame choice, but that's fair.Bottom line over the years I have spent more on my glasses and not gotten the attention to detail, customer satisfaction or service that I have from Dana and the team at Inspired by Rossland Optical.

The staff were all amazing; friendly, competent, efficient, caring, thorough and worked very well as a team, each able to handle my new glasses and contacts with ease. Very happy to have found a wonderful new Eye Care home for my family.

Update... Very happy once againneeded a few things done to my glasses ... the Hugo boss frames had been through quite a bit of wear and tear over the last few years I've owned them so I brought them back to Rossland Optical. Dana (the owner), took them to her back repair studio and repaired them in 20minutes while I waited (replaced a missing screw and re-affixed a lends that was popping out) and they are like new once again!! ... Dana also gave me a glass cleaner kit and only charged me $20 in total {What?} Yup!! only $20. This place is the best.previous experience when I initially bought them.Another wonderful experience ! The quality of service coupled with Dana’s knowledge as a licensed optometrist is simply unbeatable.My prescription is complex needing a number of different filters (I work in front of a 65” 36” and 32” monitors all less than 4 feet away). I walked in Rossland at 4;30 and literally walked out at 6pm with a new prescription from Dr Lee (who did it for me on the spot) and a new pair of glasses on order ! 7-10 days !Highly recommended

My daughter and I both went to Rossland Optical, My daughter had an eye exam and purchased new glasses and new sunglasses. Dana was great and really helped her find frames that she loved and that look great on her. She special ordered them in for her and it took only a short time for them to come in. She loves themFor me I picked out new frames in a style totally different from what I usually wear. Dana helped me find the right style and size to best suit my face. Highly recommend Dana and her team at Inspired by Rossland Optical (both Whitby and Ajax locations). I had my eyes checked at the Ajax location and it was an easy and comfortable experience. I then needed adjustments on my current glasses and was able to do that at the Whitby location. They took care of my needs, made sure my glasses and sunglasses fit exactly how I wanted them to, and had all the necessary protocols in place to keep everyone safe. Thank you!
