The service here is really great. The staff is so friendly and seem genuinely excited about your event. I think the prices are reasonable and the selection is good. I'm always happy to have a reason to go here.

I bought 10 expensive ballons and 4 of them exploded by themselves in the house - 3 hours later!Never seen anything like that.I called the store and they said they are not responsible for that and even did not offer a replacement or refund! Most places guarantee 24 hours for those helium filled ballons.Party Surprise- bad quality ballons and bad service.

Great store with many selections for party decorations and accessories. We found what we were looking for at this store after calling about 5 other stores that didn’t have it. This store made my 5 year olds birthday party a hit. Thank you
