Great staff from beginning to end including receptionists, hygienists, assistants and dentists. Very accessible and can book in short order. I'm very happy with their service!

Amazing clinical staff! I've been seeing Dr. Grewal primarily since I was a kid, however I've seen both of his associates here and there and they are all incredible. No praise is high enough for their patience and bed side manner. They also have the most talented hygienists, so much so that I actually enjoy my regular cleanings. Additionally, whenever I've walked through the door the receptionists have all done a fantastic job of making me feel welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend coming to this clinic if you're new in town and looking for a dentist or hygienist!

As someone with pretty good dental insurance, this place is great. There's a root canal specialist that comes around once in awhile and he's very efficient at what he does. Dr. O is very professional and the whole crew helped me smile a bit better :)

The staff at this office are so pleasant and always seem to be enjoying their work. The hygienist who does my cleanings, Cristine, is amazing and so understanding and patient when I need accommodations. Dr. Trudeau is also thorough and awesome. Overall, just a really great dentists office.

Medical office staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The one office clerk explained what my benefits covered ( because they are new to me). I found it to be VERY helpful. My hygienist was also AMAZING. reminded me to raise my hand if any discomfort and I never had to. The dentist was also very fast and thorough

I'm so glad I found this dental office. Everyone is friendly, accommodating and genuinely interested in your dental needs. Dr Grewal does amazing work. I couldn't be more pleased with all the meticulous work he has performed on my teeth. If you require a dentist, (and who doesn't), call this clinic--it is the best I have found in Nanaimo

Dr. Happy did my Invisalign treatment in Nanaimo ( I was not made aware that he wasn’t even located here). My whole process was disappointing. Trying to book appointments was a nightmare as he didn’t even live here. Due to his negligence of my treatment, some of my teeth had shifted too much, causing gum rescission. Which I then had to pay for a gum graph surgery after. Which was horrible and now I am left with completely botched gums. My treatment was never completed and I was never even given a retainer and my teeth have now shifted and I will need braces all over again. I have reached out to him and Wellington dental clinic multiple times with no response. Seems to be a crooked practice. After paying thousands of dollars I am left with basically the same teeth I went in with.

My dental hygenist is Seth and I can say with all honesty that he is the best hygenist I have ever had. He's very knowledgeable, professional, personable and very clear as to areas of concern and how to remedy those concerns.

Really excellent experience here. I hadn't been to a dentist since 2008 and I was well taken care of here. They were very thorough on my initial visit to let me know what I needed. The cleaning and filling I had done was exceptional, my teeth look and feel perfect. They fixed all the damage and you can't even tell, looks perfect. I will be going back here. All staff were professional and friendly.
