Terrible experience with one of the agents I got referred to. She is rude and unprofessional. She sends us listings and we advise we will look at them, then the next day demanding to know why we haven't responded. No respect for other people's schedules. She sends us listings for 'females only' and other shared accommodations that are clearly not suitable for a couple (male and female) and in which we specifically asked her not to. Now she barely answers our messages. We just told her to forget it. She's made our search for a place really frustrating.Update: Toronto Condo Rentals Online contacted me after seeing my review and made sure I was going to get help. Another agent contacted me by the end of the day. She was worse than the previous agent. She acted like she knew what was best for us and did not send us many listings. She would send 1 or 2 and tell us these are best, when the listings were not within the criteria we asked. After argument, she said she would send more listings..this was two weeks ago. We easily found a condo ourselves. Never again. Waste of time. Use your own resources if you have time and dont know an agent who can help you.

Its a joke, they wont help you nor follow instructions for a simple inquiry.
