Booked an appointment for both my bestfriend and I for a haircut and balayage. Results are great and Kathy was amazing. She offered as beverages and we got cute RUSH labelled water bottles. I rated 4 stars because we booked an appointment for 3PM but was only seen at 3:40 :( It's understandable seeing that she was alone that day but it would be nice to be advised in advance in case the appointments are backed up.

I went there a few years ago. I made the mistake to tell the hairdresser I hadn't been to a hairdresser in years.My hair was medium length and I got it cut shoulder length and my naturally blond hair was lightened. It came our really nicely.When I got to the cash, they charged me $300. The owner was there, my hairdresser was obviously there and another woman who did the cash register.I paid. They then told me they were going to send me an email with the color chart or something like that and I would get a $10 discount next time.I never received these.Since then, I have heard of 2 other people who have been surcharged.Also, I had called in advanced and had asked approximately how much it would cost and the price was nowhere near that price.I should have said something but I wasn't sure anymore if that was right pricing and didn't want to insult anyone.That was my experience

First time at rush, the lady who worked today didn’t serve me well. No effort in making me feel welcomed I was waiting for 35min waist of time because the hair dresser served someone else before me even thought I was there before her telling me it would only take a second took 15 min and she was still serving the customer while I was waiting not given any respect. I ended up walking out doesn’t apologize for the wait ignores me terrible service. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the place looked nice...

Simply the best, and I’ve been to a lot of places! Lemonia understands colour and it shows she also listens to her clients and her technique always delivers beautiful results. Book now you won’t be disappointed.

My hairdresser was pretty good and very sweet! The rest of the staff wasn't great at all though. I felt unwelcomed the minute I stepped in and the receptionist looked at me from head to toe. When I came to pay, I was shocked that it cost me 80$ for a cut & blow-dry INCLUDING a coupon. The second I mentioned the coupon, the person helping me became very defensive and rude. Definitely not going back, especially since I discovered the salon CaraMia.

I recently got my hair done by lemonia at rush salon. It was the best experience. First off the salon is beautiful and the employees are so caring and kind. Lemonia took such good care of my hair and went above and beyond to fix the mess on my head! I had a alot of anxiety because I put black box dye on my hair and now wanted it gone and blonde balayage but I feared burning my hair! She did a test on my hair and broke down the process to me with such patience to ease that anxiety. All this to say that she made sure to not burn one single strand on my hair and do it with such care for her clients. my hair has never looked this good in all my life. I now have beautiful blonde balanyage hair with no black in my hair and its very healthy as well which is a plus in my booke! Thank you for the great service and my new hair color and style! Cant wait to go back again!

Got my first haircut in 4 years here, superb staff. Friendly and took the time to go over what I wanted and asked questions along the way. Definitely returning here for my next one.

My hairdresser closed down during the first wave of covid, prior to that they really started going down hill. Long story short, looking for another hairdresser (always scary) however I took my chances with RUSH & lucked out with the incredible Carlita! Couldn't be happier!!
