An excellent manufactured housing community. The homes are beautiful and the landscaping is gorgeous. Many of the homes have attached garages as well. You can tell that management really cares, I highly recommend Admirals Cove!

Talk about a shiny step up, new retirement (55 and up) modular home community . The homes have garages attached and its gated. The cement is all new which no more pot holes the size of lake st. Clair. The people whom live and work and do work at this community are super friendly as well as helpful.talk about good Americans....

Beautiful setting next to Lake St. Clair. Easy 10 drive off of I-94 and 35 minutes from Detroit. Well kept maintained community with a great selection and quality of home provided by Clayton Homes of Middlebury, Indiana

Overpriced for what you would get. Trailers are only set on visqueen plastic not concrete slabs. I can only imagine in the winter floors probably super cold and loads of bugs. Lot rent is 600.00 a month and amenity center isn't even built. Security gate doesn't work.be prepared to pay 1699.00 a month if u rent. If u buy. U have to buy shed, garage or drive-through overhead. Water bills is expensive I waa told. Too expensive for my blood and budget

Staying in the New Baltimore area an looking at real estate. We saw the signs for Admirals Cove, a over 55 retirement community. Visits the office and looked at future plans for the community. Much is just being built but it appears to be a very affordable option for retirement. Very nice options plans and lot if room for future homes

I went there to visit a friend and I couldn't believe how pretty it was this place is beautiful the clubhouse was magnificent pool jacuzzi they even had deer running around my wife wants to move there it really honestly was very nice I've been in the real estate business for years and I've never seen a clubhouse kept up so nice but of course it is 55 and above so that's probably why it's kept so nice

Admirals Cove
We enjoyed talking a tour of a few homes at Admiral's Cove today. The homes we were shown were quite nice and Tracey did a wonderful job of answering all of our questions. We are hoping to be residents in the future.
