I love this place. Beautiful, best/central location (across the street Vincenzo’s and The Bauer Kitchen & Bakery, literally don't need a car. Ion too). New management, much better organization, friendlier staff (say Hi to the awesome RICHARD at the concierge), building spotless, safe and amazing neighbors who live here. Best condo experience.

Beautiful building in a great location (across the street from Vincenzo’s and The Bauer Kitchen & Bakery and walking distance from multiple shops, restaurants, and ion station) with helpful and friendly concierge and cleaning crew who keep the building (even the stairwells!) spotless. We love living here!

A great place to live with an upscale environment. The staff are amazing - the old concierge Jessica and new concierge Richard are both a pleasure to deal with. They both will go out of their way to give you a hand which is much appreciated. The cleaning staff wipe down, vacuum and mop daily and the building is always is amazing condition! A perfect place to live temporarily while building my house.

This building’ property management lacks professional training. The security guard as well as the property manager were so rude. The security guard cannot even recognize the residents who have been living half of year in this condo. My friend was rejected just because she forgot her FOB. What the hell... LMAO...
