Amazing detail ,exactly what I wanted . I will never do business with another print ,carving or epoxy place again.

The owner was super easy to communicate with! I had dropped off leather bags to have laser engraved and he was able to get them done within a few hours, which I had not expected. They look amazing and I am super happy with his service! I would highly recommend!

Highly recommend! I needed 2 tees ASAP for a Hallowe'en costume and didn't think it was going to be possible, but a Google search lead me to Custom Twist and to the most amazing experience! Response was immediate, and the shirts were printed right away. When there was a wee issue with one, Custom Twist re-printed it without me even asking and made it right! I am so impressed and so very happy with this local Kanata business - and will be a repeat customer!

Excellent customer service, prompt, friendly. I wanted a plaque with a specific wording but wasn’t sure how I wanted to have this displayed, they provided me with various choices and they went beyond to make sure I was happy with the end result. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately I gave them 5 things to engrave and they got 4 of them wrong. Errors included mispelling, engraving the wrong spot on the item, mixing up which engraving goes on each item, and using the engraving machine with too high of a power that went right through the item. They were sorry and offered me some free tumblers and a reduced price for the work, but I can't recommend someone who gets so much stuff wrong especially when it is irreversible like engraving.

I had the best experience with Custom Twist! I found them using a quick Google search and was impressed with not only the turn around time, but the level of care, attention, patience and communication they displayed. I had reached out looking to have my design cut in vinyl for 12 T-shirts I had purchased from Old Navy and needed them done in 2 days and they completed them in 1. I was by no means an easy customer! What I found was even more unique, is the creative direction they provided when I wasn’t sure how to go about placing the words. They lived up to their brand and suggested a twist on my initial design. Very happy with my experience and the product. Highly recommend!
