Absolutely incredible customer service. We had an issue with a large ticket item purchased here and the team at TJ's were wonderful. They provided a temporary loaner model while the warranty was sorted. So baby's sleep wouldn't be interrupted!

They have the best customer service, they are very knowledgeable, my most recent experience was I placed an online order to have delivered in store, The lovely employee who called to let me know my order was ready for pickup offers to drop off my package at my house as she lives near me and it’s about a 40 minute drive to the store I was absolutely floored she offered to do this, especially on her own time. I will definitely continue to be a loyal tjs customer!!

This store made me feel not overwhelmed. I have been to so many baby stores and walk out in 15-20 mins feeling completely overwhelmed by choices and all the things.The staff was extremely knowledgeable helpful and just good happy people.I’d highly recommended this store to anyone needing advice on a stroller to car seat to pretty much all the baby toddler things.Great deals too

We love this store. It’s worth it to go and check it out, lovely and varied selection of baby and kids essentials and lovely staff too. My daughter loved the baby dolls used to model in the bassinets (they were not for sale, just from a staff member) and she is free to explore and it feels safe and welcoming. Thank you!

I accompanied my daughter who was shopping for a car seat. Stephanie provided exceptional service…trying out four car seats in the vehicle and pointing out the pros and cons of each, as well as demonstrating exactly how the seats should be safely attached. I've been to most of the baby stores in Victoria and TJ's has a well rounded selection and the best service by a long shot. Each time I've been in they are knowledgable, helpful and kind. I've also had to call in orders to be picked up and they always take the time to put things aside and answer my multitude of questions. If you have twins they also offer a twin discount! I highly recommend them.

We ordered a bedroom set for our baby that’s on the way which cost over $3k. When we got it home and unpacked we noticed the bedside table was damaged. We reached out to TJ’s over a month ago with follow up and still have no resolution. Our baby is here in three weeks.I reached out last four days ago and have not received a response. We purchased this same bedroom set from TJs for our son a couple of years ago and the service was fantastic but after this experience we will never shop there again.

A great selection of baby furniture, strollers, toys, and other needs for the little ones. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. We bought a baby gate there 3 years ago and it is still as strong and functional now as the day we brought it home. My kid loves the variety of safe, age-appropriate toys for babies/toddlers. We just bought a letter puzzle with both capital and lower-case letters, which is hard to find even online. What really impressed me, though, is the VERY thoughtful event they did for Mother's Day. Each mom entering the store is welcomed, given a long-stem flower, and invited to have a cup of lemonade or tea, finger sandwiches, and pastry with juice boxes and cookies for the kids. It was an unexpected afternoon tea while you shop experience and was moving. Well done!
