All Occasions Party & Event Rentals - Tents, Weddings, Dance Floors & More!

We rented our table, chairs, and napkins and a few other items from All Occasions for our very small wedding. Everything was perfect.

Great team and wonderful rentals! My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with All Occasions for our wedding and rented the most beautiful tent, chairs, linens and tableware for our reception. As a wedding professional, I have had the opportunity to recommend All Occasions to many couples and have always been impressed with their attention to detail, excellent inventory and great service. We hosted our wedding on a family property and their set-up team was amazing - very punctual, professional and friendly. The All Occasions staff are always fast with replies, knowledgeable and creative. It was such a pleasure working with them and I look forward to creating many more wedding celebrations for our couples with them!

All Occasions was incredible and so easy to work with. They are prompt with their replies to emails (which is very helpful for a stressed out bride!), and very helpful and friendly. Jan was lovely and even gave me some great ideas for decorating at my wedding. Out of all the rental places I considered for my wedding, All Occasions had the best customer service, and I would recommend their service to anyone — hands down best in the Okanagan. Our original rental for 40 wedding chairs fell through last minute, but not to worry! All occasions was there to save the day.Thank YOU so much for the fantastic service and the flexibility. You're awesome!

I have to say, my husband and I had an absolutely excellent experience with All Occasions Party Rentals. The rentals were inexpensive and exceeded our expectations with their quality.We rented 20 chairs and a chafing dish for our small wedding, outside of town in Pavilion lake, BC. We were dismayed to discover that although we had been informed that the chairs had been counted correctly and returned, they were not! 3 of them were missing. We were on our honeymoon when we found this out, and the rest of the chairs (and chafing dish) that were accounted for had been returned by some of our people.I called immediately to inform All Occasions of our mishap, and they were SO forgiving, polite, and accommodating! They told us that we could wait to get the chairs and just pay for them in the meantime, and once they were returned, we would receive that deposit back. Even though we told them that it may be a couple of months before we returned to Pavilion, they were still willing!! In the end, we decided to just take a longer drive and get the chairs back. We brought them back fully willing and expecting to pay late fees, only to be informed that it was not necessary!!THANK YOU All Occasions Party Rentals for being just plain awesome! I have nothing but good things to say and I will certainly be referring as many folks as I can to your capable hands! (And again, my most profuse apologies for the mishap!!)

In a year like 2020 where planning events is more of a challenge, it is more important than ever to have the best and most professional companies to work with. I can't stress how much I would recommend working with All Occasions! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. They worked hard to accommodate all of the last minute changes we had due to changes in restrictions and regulations. Thank you for everything!

We rented a tent, tables and chairs for our recent Celebration of Life and found All Occasions Rentals very efficient and accommodating to deal with. The staff responded to our questions very quickly and gave good advice. They changed their scheduling to match our needs even though it required some adjustment on their part. Delivery and pickup were seamless and we would not hesitate to work with them again.
