We had an appt at 3. At 3:30 I called and he stated I forgot I had a doctor appt. I tried to call you twice to let you know" He did NOT leave a message. He than asked if 6 would work and I agreed. I get to my new house and see he called at 5

Kevin was so helpful! He made me a new ignition key for my corvette and tried to help me get my old ones back. Highly recommend them. On time and cheap prices!

I was stuck between a rock and a hard place and the last thing I wanted to do was use a rock on my window. I'm an essential worker and I tried calling everyone in the book and all I kept getting was outrageous prices. Finally came across A&A lock and key. He was very polite and gave me a up front price. It’s been a week Dad, a week since you’ve been gone. Your phone keeps ringing and I’m trying my best to answer their questions to help them the way you have. I never gave you enough credit for how hard you worked. We’d complain at how you’d get up and go whenever you got a call, but that’s what you had to do, and no doubt the community was grateful for you. You were the quickest, most knowledgeable, most proficient Locksmith. I didn’t know many and I didn’t know the practice well, but I know you amazed me when I saw you work. How you were with people, how fast you could do the job. You always had the answers and it’s killing me to know you won’t be around anymore to answer them, that people won’t get to benefit from your service. You made it look so easy Dad, when it wasn’t easy. I’m going to try and keep this going the best I can, but I want the world to know how great you were and that if they would have gotten you as their Locksmith, they would have surely agreed. My client was locked out of her home accidently after a showing. Bill came out at 9:30PM and unlocked her home. He was the ONLY one that I could reach that would come out for an emergency call at that hour. He was very pleasant to deal with and my client was very happy being able to get back inside of her home.
