Amazing service today for my jet ski. Pleasant and helpful even though I didn’t buy it there, unlike another dealer. Will definitely be going back for my power sports needs.

Called in to inquire about a used snowmobile stated on the ad call for details.I talked with Ron was told I would receive information on the sled later that day.Still waiting on pictures and information???I guess I will just have to take my business elsewhere!

Once you give us a try, we’re sure you'll be back for more!My boat was on their site for 3 weeks of the summer and hadn’t been looked at or provided an answer other than the technician is Either in lunch or not in today…I had phoned and never got a call back again, needless to say I was unhappy. They kept saying we are overwhelmed and I kept saying don’t promise something you can’t deliver in time. They need to greatly improve their customer service and I will definitely not be back for more…be aware and stay away from this dealership. Once they have your money it all goes downhill from there. Ruined our summer vacation and long weekend.

I have purchased more than 3 jet skis from Quinn’s marina. Ted and his team were great with customer service, friendly staff and super professional. I Highly recommend this Dealeship.

1. i will never buy another atv from this place again.2.I was sold a brand new 2022 lemon. At 24.8 hours it does not start and is still under warranty.3.Almost every nut and bolt came loose after the first ride including the wheels and steering.... i could have lost my life. Terrible pdi.4. Terrible customer service.5. I will never spend another cent at this place.6.I went somewhere else that appreciates customers.Once this place takes your money they do not care about you or your purchase.Not a fun place for me. Worst atv experience ive ever had.7. When i did take my atv in for warranty all the service department did was change something that had nothing wrong with it and charged me $ for it. Abused my atv and wore all the edges off my back tire treads testing it...took them over 3 weeks just to fix a cv boot that was perfectly fine my atv was also left outside in the rain in bad weather for weeks in their yard i couldnt wait to get my atv out of their and away from this place.they also kept my factory skid plate that came with the atv.i was told i was getting a spare key by the salesmen but they never gave me one and the salesmen no longer works here. I could go on and on.My first ever brand new atv purchase experience was unpleasant to say the least.

Bought a boat a few yrs back, decent customer service hence i went back. Well much has changed my entire family walks into a empty show room. Not one person attended to us, finally walked over to the sales team. Apparently googling is more important, they looked at us and looked away ..WOW we walked out. Went elsewhere and purchased what i needed. If on commission u lost out on a 80k purchase Avoid this place no no longer advise or recommend this place at all. Just got back from the boat show I see you have the Scarb 215 boat used. Sent multiple emails on these, not one response. How some things don't change. i am amazed your still even open. What a gong show there
